A valid credit card number is mandatory to guarantee all event bookings. By signing below, the card holder hereby authorizes
Boulder Creek Golf Course to charge any outstanding balances, extra charges, or damages to the credit card after the invoice
has been submitted and payment has not been received after 2 business days from the events completion.

Payment Terms: Initial deposit of $500 to reserve all event dates. Deposits are Non-Refundable; 50% of estimated total meal
costs are due at least 30 days prior to event; balance is due not later than 14 days prior to event along with the final guaranteed
minimum guest count. Final Payment is due no later than 2 business days after the final invoice is received.

Catering: One set predetermined menu is required for all guests. Please note due to Calgary Health Region guidelines & Food
Safety practices, the removal of food items after an event is prohibited with the exception of speciality cakes.
Bar & Beverages: Boulder Creek Golf Course is the exclusive provider of all beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) for all
events with the exception of AGLC approved 750ml bottles of wine.

Menu prices will be guaranteed 60 days prior to the event date.
THE HOST AGREES WITH BOULDER CREEK GOLF COURSE, TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
• The Host is responsible for all guests & and any damages that may occur to Boulder Creek Golf Course.
• 100% of the total food costs are due no later than 14 days prior to the event along with the final guaranteed guest count.
Failure to provide a final number will result in a charge for the original estimated number or actual number in attendance,
whichever is greater.
• All prices are subject to change without notice; however Boulder Creek Golf Course will guarantee all prices sixty
(60) days prior to the function.
• A 5% GST charge will be added to all charges.
• The Event Coordinator must be notified of the Guaranteed Number of guests attending 14 days prior to the event;
any changes to the guest count must be submitted 2 days prior to the event.
• Boulder Creek Golf Course assumes no responsibility for any individual property damage or bodily injuries incurred
while at Boulder Creek Golf Course.
• Due to health regulations no food or beverage may be taken from the premises. Special occasion cakes may be permitted
to be brought in, but must be approved by the Event Coordinator.
• Boulder Creek Golf Course must provide all beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic).
• The Event Coordinator must be notified of all deliveries in order to arrange times for access to the building.
• Boulder Creek Golf Course is not responsible for misplaced or damaged items such as cake knives, centerpieces, personal
property, etc. All belongings must be removed from the premises immediately following an event.
• The buildings at Boulder Creek Golf Course are a smoke free environment. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Not on any of the patios or entrances to buildings.
• DJ’s & live music can play until 1:00 am. Bar service closes at 1:00 am. The premises must be vacated by 2:00 am.
• It is the responsibility of the Host & or guest to provide or arrange all transportation to & from premises.
• No open flame candles are permitted, as well as any glitter or confetti. There are to be no tacks, nails or tape on the walls.
• Any large items that are the property of Boulder Creek Golf Course must be moved by our staff.
• Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice.
