As the Army’s mission and challenges grow more complex, advancing the Army’s technical capabilities has become increasingly critical. To procure assistance suited for the Army’s needs,
the Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering
Support Services (EXPRESS) Program was established to manage a large number of programs
varying in size, complexity, and scope to support the Army’s mission.
