Do you want to be part of our team?
Do you want to sell our products in exchange of a
commission?
If you are a travel agency you can resell our products through our
website, and receive a commission for every sale. It’s really easy,
all you have to do is sign up as a Travel Agency and log in each
time you want to offer our products to your clients.
1 Registration
Fill in the registration form with the
information details of your agency, and
create a new user and password so you
can log on later on. You will receive an
email notification, confirming from that
moment on you are part of Neoturismo’s
Sales Network.
2 Log in
Each time you sell our products or check
the products sold, you must log in with
your user name and password. Click on
“Agent login” on the home page: www.
neoexperience.es
3 Sales
Once you have logged in, you can offer
all the products that Neoturismo sells,
obtaining commissions for your agency.
You will receive a voucher stating the
services bought, which will need to be
redeemed at destination.
4 Management
From the control panel, you can
check your sales in detail, as well as
commissions and your agency’s contact
details.

1 Registration
By clicking Agent Login at www.neoexperience.es home page, in the “Non registered users” section, you will find a link
to access Registration form. Fill it with all your contact details so we can make the registration straight away.

Once the personal data protection policy and the collaboration agreement is read and accepted, send
us the form: you will receive an e-mail confirming your agency’s registration and that its activation is
pending. Once all the information has been checked, we will activate your account and send an e-mail
confirmation.
2 Authentication
On you e-mail confirmation; there will be a link so you can log on at www.neoexperience.es. You will also have
access through Agent Login, located on the top of the www.neoexperience.es home page. Just enter your user name
and password.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click on the ‘Have You Forgotten Your Password?’ link. You will be asked to
provide us with your user name or you e-mail address if you have forgotten bot. You will receive an e-mail with some
instructions to recover your user details.

In order to access the website easily, we recommend creating a tray icon on your desktop as a shortcut. Once authenticated,
you will find a Create Shortcut link at the top of the webpage. Click it and a ‘Neoexperience.HTML’ file will download into
your computer. Save it onto your desktop, that way you can have it on hand whenever you need it. By double clicking this
file you will access your account directly.

3 Sales
After login in, search the product by destination on the quick search box located in the home page. You can also
search by name of product or use the drop-down destinations menu, clicking on the quick search box.
It’s important that you log on, otherwise you will book an ordinary sale and not through your travel
agency. At the top of the webpage you will find a message that tells you if you have been authenticated:
“You are logged in as [Example]”.

The date of visit is set according the date in which the client will collect the product on destination or the
date in which the product will be used. In the case of tourist card sales, these will be activated on the
first time it is used and not when the voucher is redeemed.
A pop-up window will appear on screen after adding a product to the cart. This screen will allow us to
choose to apply agency’s management fees, with and without VAT. In the case of not applying management
fees simply click on the Next button, leaving the box blank.

Online payment
Enter your agency payment details and follow the “la Caixa” secure payment process.Your sale will be confirmed as soon
as you complete your purchase.
You will pay a net price including management fees, with commission deducted.

Voucher
Once payment is made, you will be redirected to a payment confirmation window. From this page you can print the client’s
voucher, which will be redeemed on destination at collection point.

4 Management
From your account’s control panel you will be able to access sales and commission information as well as managing
your agency’s details. Once you log on, access account management by clicking the sales link at the top of the www.
neoexperience.es page.

4.1 My sales
From this screen check all your sales carried out by your travel agency, each one specifying details such as: Client,
Concept, Commission tax base, Commission VAT and total amount.
Sort them by:
Range:
• Today
• Yesterday
• This month
• Previous month
• This year
• Previous year
• Customised
Status:
• All
• Not charged
• Charged
Sale code:
• Client’s name
• File number
At the bottom of the page, you will the page’s total sales amount, with your commission, commission VAT and total
commission amount.

In this section you can find your travel agency’s user and password. Change your password if you need to.

Here you will find a full list of the products offered by www.neoexperience.es, with the commission rates your agency
obtains.
Search for a product by name, using any of these to filters:
