Scalability
OrionXR, in combination with our Zeag Management System,
is a modular design and construction that can be scaled
to meet the demands of any size of parking facility. We
provide systems that work stand-alone for the smaller sized
car parks with straight forward requirements. We can also
scale our solutions to provide fully networked online Zeag
Management System with multi-site, located anywhere in the
world with a high number of peripherals to satisfy high-end
customer needs.
Our management system is applicable for a single PC
installation or enlarged to the most demanding client-server
structure resulting in a state-of-the-art parking solution
with multi-site connectivity. A multitude of sites in various
locations can be networked and operated centrally. The open
database structure allows simple and fast integrations of
complementary 3rd party products and solutions.

Solutions to your Car Parking Needs
Contract Parking (Monthlies)
Parkers buy a contract for a period of time (e.g. week, month, year)
and are allowed access using a Magnetic Stripe card, proximity
card, hands free AVI or by LPR.
Parkers use the contract card to enter and exit
the car park – no ticket required
Contracts can be extend at the pay stations
Expired cards are automatically blocked
System records all entry, exit and payment transactions
Credit In/Credit Out
Take the Fast lane – get in and out of the car park with only a credit
card and be environmentally friendly as no ticket is required.
1) Instead of requesting an entry ticket, insert a credit card into
the ticket unit (for Magnetic stripe cards), Chip & PIN terminal
or present the credit card to a Visa payWaveTM reader. Entry
details are sent to ZMS along with credit card information as
an identifier. Credit card numbers are fully encrypted (PCI DSS
compliant) or “tokenised”.
2) No need to go to the pay station – go direct to the exit lane.
3) Use the same credit card as at the entry lane to identify
the parking transaction. The calculated fee is displayed and
charged to the credit card with an automatic receipt printed.

Pre-Paid Parking Online
Pay for parking online, in advance and hassle-free. The system takes
customers Pre-Payment for a specific car park along with a customer
identifier and details of the paid period (i.e. start and end date/time).
This information is passed to ZMS. When the Pre-Paid customer
arrives at the car park they identify themselves using:

Valet Parking
Provides superior customer convenience in parking services. Valet
Parking uses a three part ticket with a barcode.
1) The parker leaves the vehicle at the Valet Parking and takes
part 1 of the parking ticket.
2) Staff will check for damage and record this along with vehicle
details on part 2 of the ticket.
3) The “Hiker” will leave part 3 of the ticket in the vehicle when
they park it.
4) Vehicle information is tracked in the Zeag Management
System
5) When the vehicle owner returns to the Valet Parking area they
hand in the ticket and a parking fee is calculated.
6) Once payment is received the vehicle is retrieved and returned
to the customer
The Valet Parking solution is fully integrated within the Zeag
Management System.

Every vehicle has one – a license plate. LPR is suitable for many
applications. Please find a few examples below:
Prevent car thieves or ticket swapping – Ticket and license
plate have to match at entry and exit

vehicle license plate to enter and exit the car park

Centralized Control Room
Save money and centralize your control room. Connect your
car parks via a multi-site, “citywide”, “countrywide” or even
“worldwide” network to a centralized control room monitored
by a small number of car park operation specialists thus reducing
staff costs. Statistics from the car parks are collated to provide
unparalleled management information on occupancy, peak loads,
financial status and revenue etc.

The Zeag Management System (ZMS) is an advanced parking management and revenue control system. It
allows the operator to efficiently monitor the status and control the operation of the car park that enables you
to maximize your car park revenue and profit.
Our software system is developed with first-class
engineering aptitude comprised of numerous tools and
features that create a state-of-the-art environment with
clearly structured modules. These allow the competent,
skilful and efficient operation throughout a mixed range of
various software versions and product generations.
The graphical user interface is particularly user-friendly and
effortless to understand as it uses a set of self-explanatory
animated icons. Every icon is labelled with a picture that
suggests the command or action it executes. All modules
have a high level of security and are password protected
with individual user level access control. Accountability
delivers accurate and prompt information allowing superior
level of analysis and reporting.
ZMS is designed with the highest developed intelligence
along with a modular layered system topology. This results

The ValiPrint is a simple and easy
to use printer to issue barcode
discount vouchers. A typical
application is in retail shops that
offer discounted parking fees to
customers that buy goods from
the store. The voucher is printed by
the shop staff and handed to the
customer. Payment or exit stations
will then scan the barcode and re-calculate the fee with the predetermined discount. Multiple discount vouchers can be used.

applications. Typically giving
a discount for parking fees by
handing out a rebate or free exit
ticket. These types of tickets are
generally produced in advanced
at the Coding Station and handed
out to retailers, hotels, congresses etc. to attract more customers to
