CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that there is a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy on all appointments. If you
need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the spa with more
than 24 hours notice to avoid being charged in full for the appointment. If you
arrive late for your service, we will do our best to accommodate the full service
length. A late client is responsible for the full price of the service that has been
booked.

"FACIAL" FOR THE HANDS AND FEET
The perfect mani/pedi combo for any time of year. This exquisite softening
treatment revives the driest hands and feet as we begin with warm body butter
and a relaxing massage to both the hands and feet. A layer of warm milk lotion is
applies followed by a paraffin treatment to provide deep relaxation and restore the
skin. Complete with polish of your choice.
PAMPERING PEDI DELIGHT
Try this wonderful treatment for your feet. Starting with our Foot Sculpting
treatment, which removes rough, dry, calloused skin. Next, a foot exfoliation with
lavender scrub followed with a paraffin dip to seal and lock in moisture and reveal
soft, supple skin. Enjoy a foot and leg massage with aromatic oils and complete
with polish of your choice for a perfect look.

Valuable jewelry should not be brought into the spa; we are not responsible for
lost or damage items. Cell phones must be on vibrate or off while in the Spa.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in pricing or packages and are greatly appreciated by
your service provider. Upon checkout you may add gratuity to your credit card
charge. Gratuity envelopes are also available at the reception area. Industry
standard for spa gratuities is 15%– 20% of the service fee.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available in any denomination.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the first scheduled service to relax,
change and fill out any forms.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
When booking your appointment please make our staff aware of any physical
ailments, disabilities or injuries you may have. Spa Guests who have or think they
may have a medical conditions should not use the Day Spa.
TAKING MEDICATIONS
Please inform technician of any medications being used. (I.e. Retinol A
and Acutane can cause adverse reactions to treatments.)
PREGNANCY
Prenatal Massage is not recommended for clients under 12 weeks. Please check
with your medical practitioner.
GEL FILL
Keep your gel nails looking and feeling wonderful. Recommended every two
weeks or as needed.
