Efficiency and air quality
Durable, efficient MicroChannel coil
Cooling and heating units with ratings as high as 15 SEER
on 3–5 ton and 12.2 EER on 6.5–12.5 ton, plus up to 80%
steady-state efficiency on gas/electric models. Foil-faced and
closed-cell insulation helps improve building indoor air quality.

outstanding efficiency and reliability
thanks to its advanced heat transfer
capabilities and durable construction.
Easy installation
Common footprint on the entire 3–12.5 product line means
easy fit on curb, slab, roof rack or frame. Full-perimeter
base rail provides access to three-way forklift and overhead
rigging. Each unit is completely tested, charged, wired, piped
and ready for immediate installation.
Available with MagnaDRY™ technology
MagnaDRY ™ “Reheat” units are convertible single-packaged
high efficiency rooftops designed to precisely control both
humidity and space temperature. MagnaDRY ™ technology
removes moisture from the space without over- or undercooling and provides sensible cooling when required.

Rugged reliability, efficiency, easy installation, trouble-free operation—it’s all packed
into these compact Coleman® packaged units. For maximum flexibility, the convertible
airflow design requires no panel cutting, and can handle most airflow requirements.
Gas and electric knockouts are supplied for easy access. And units can be specified for
cooling only, cooling with electric heat, cooling with gas heat or cooling with a heat pump.

The big difference: Simplicity® controls
It’s the built-in brain that requires no additional controls. The Simplicity®
control system is part of each Outfitter™ model and, for the building
manager, it monitors the entire HVAC system continuously. All alarm
and diagnostic data is transmitted directly to an onsite PC. Or, you can
monitor the system over the Internet.
