QUALIFICATIONS: This competition is open to all NPC registered athletes who meet the following requirements:
1) You are required to have a current NPC card (unregistered athletes may purchase cards on the day of event, which
will be valid through December 31, 2015). NPC cards will be available at check-in. Cash, Check or Money order accepted
for payment. 2) Competitors in a specific age group must provide proof of age (Birth Certificate or Driver’s License) at
time of registration. 3) 2015 NPC Membership fee is pending, 2014 Membership was $120
ENTRY FEE: Contestants may enter more than one division: $100.00 per entry. All entry fees are non-refundable. Double
Class Example are: Master’s/Novice, Master’s/Open, Juniors/Novice, Juniors & Open. A combination of Open/Novice is
not allowed. A cross-over between the two shows of Bikini & Figure will be allowed for 2015 R.K. SMITH
PRODUCTIONS EVENTS. Your entry fee must accompany the Entry Form. Make check or money ordered payable to

ENTRY DEADLINE: SATURDAY APRIL 25TH 2015 7:00 PM. Exception: If you are competing in an NPC Contest on the 25th,
we will allow our on-time entry through Sunday evening at 7:00 PM. $200.00 late entry with no exceptions
NATIONAL QUALIFIER: The top Five (5) placing in Men’s & Women’s Physique, Bikini, and Figure qualify for any
Jr National Level NPC show, examples: JR Nationals. JR USA, North Amercian, etc. The Top 3 Qualify for NPC Nationals
and the USA. All fitness competitors qualify for National events. The top two (2) Bodybuilders in each open class qualify
for all NPC National competitions. The qualification in good for 1 calendar year after the year you qualify. If you want

COMPETITOR AWARDS: High Quality Trophies will be given to the top 5 in each class, and 11 Overalls will be awarded.
MUSIC: CD must be free from distortion and blank except for the piece of music you are using. High quality CD's are
recommended for best sound. CD must be marked with competitor's name and division entered. Bodybuilding routines
should be no longer than 45 seconds and up to 2 minutes for fitness. No music with obscene language accepted. Please
bring a backup CD with you to competitor check in. *We reserve the right to substitute a house music recording if your
music is not acceptable. We will sound check your CD at competitor check in.
POSING ROUTINES: Bodybuilders & Women’s Physique will be allowed 45 seconds for their posing round and Women’s
Fitness up to 2 minutes. Please keep your routine respectful & “family oriented”. No sexual lyrics. If you are wondering

*PLEASE NOTE NEW RULES FOR BOTH CHECK IN’S AND COMPETITORS MEETINGS
Competitor may be accompanied by one trainer only at Competitor Check in. We are sorry but due to the large number of
competitors checking in we cannot have friends, family, children, ect in the check in line. Additional people other than
competitors are making it impossible to provide the type of space needed for such a large group and we have been
warned by our Venue Representatives and Casino Security that we must come up with a plan. Therefore starting in 2015
only the competitor entering the contest and one trainer per competitor may come through the check in line. Trainers
must be wearing a back stage access wristband. There will be a station for purchasing the wrist bands at the beginning
of the check in line.
Trainers and family/friends are not allowed to the Competitor Meeting. Space is limited.
Guidelines: All competitors will follow NPC rules, guidelines, and mandatory poses. All contestants will be introduced
and pose. Top 5’s will be called back for awards. If you are competing in Bikini, the new guidelines & ruling regarding the
back side of your bikini bottoms is that it must provide 50% glute coverage. Please bring a second suit if you are not
certain your bottom is NPC legal. The NPC Judges will mark you down in scoring for an illegal suit.
Pump Room Rules: Anyone other than R.K. Smith Productions Event Crew who would like to access the
pump/backstage area will need to purchase a “Trainers Access Wrist Band”. The charge is $50 for each band; they will be
permanent bands and not interchangeable. The access wristbands cannot be pre-purchased but must be purchased at
Competitor Check in, Friday evening or Saturday morning. Once the showroom doors open to the public the wristband
charge will be $75 each. Plan ahead to avoid a late charge.
THE WRISTBAND DOES NOT PROVIDE EVENT ENTRANCE. Entrance/admission is separate. Anyone other than
Competitors must have tickets and admission purchased to enter the event. Exceptions to purchasing a wristband is
the event Guest Poser & his assistant and our policy is to provide 1 wristband to each Trainer per 10 clients.
A Trainer who enter 10 Competitors into the contest are eligible to be introduced and thanked 15 minutes before the
judging begins on Saturday May 2nd. The time will be 9:45 AM.
Trainers will receive a recognition gift *To arrange your complimentary wristbands please email a listing of your intended
competitors at least two weeks prior to the event. Please make certain they are firm to complete in the show.
The band(s) will be in the Trainers name to be picked up Friday evening or Saturday morning. There will be a VIP Will Call
Table/Trainers Wrist band purchase Table located at the opening of the Convention Center. Please give your name to
the attendants for the Will Call, or make your wristband purchase there.
2015 Pump Room Rules for Trainers:
1. You must wear your wristband at all times. Any tampering with the band and you will need to purchase another band.
2. Listen & follow all instructions and be respectful to the Event Expediting Staff.
3. No Trainers are allowed to the stage, or in the staging area past the restrooms. You must work with your client in the
large pipe and drape area on the showroom landing. When the Expediters call the Competitors into a class line up to bring
to them to the stage you will need to exit the pump area into the showroom if you want to watch your client. You are not
allowed to come to the staging or stage area.
4. Everyone other than RK Smith Event Crew who would like to be backstage will need to be wearing a wristband.
5. The Event Expediters may remove any unruly individuals upon the Expediters discretion. Please keep your manners and
follow rules.
6. Exceptions to stage access are Trainer Recognition, and if you have Sponsored a Class of Trophies or an Overall and
are presenting. You will receive instructions via email prior to the show for these two exceptions.
EVENT TICKETING INFORMATION:
Friday May 1st Men’s Physique & Bikini Championship Seating is General Admission Seating. Doors will
open at 6:15 PM. The show will begin at 7:00 PM. Seating is our traditional “Las Vegas Show Style”, with 8 seats at each
table. All Tickets are $30. Tickets must be pre-purchased for an early VIP Entry of 6:00 PM. Cocktail Bar and Vendor Max
Muscle will be open for business at 6:00 PM. Entry for Tickets purchased at the Event is 6:15 PM.
PLEASE NOTE:
#1. No one may save seats. Do not tip your chairs to save them, seating is first come first serve and this will be enforced,
with removal with noncompliance.
#2. There is not a discount for purchasing at the doors.
Saturday May 2nd Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique, Figure & Fitness Judging Seating is
General Admission seating. All Tickets are $30. Tickets may be pre-purchased or purchased at the doors.
Prepurchase Tickets for an early VIP Entry of 9:00 AM. Entry for Tickets purchased at the Event is 9:15 AM.

May 2nd 7:00 PM Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique, Figure & Fitness Championship
Seating is all Reserved Seating. Seating is traditional “Las Vegas Show Style”, with 8 seats at each table. All
Tickets are $40. Doors will open at 6:15 PM. VIP Entrance for pre-purchasers is 6:00 PM.
(*Unsold Tickets will be available during the 10:00 AM judging session on the Showroom landing.) Providing availability
Reserved Tickets will also be available at the showroom entrance doors beginning at 5:30. A limited number of Standing
Room Tickets will be available providing the reserved Tickets are all sold. There is not a discount for purchasing at the
doors.
*SPECTATORS WHO PLAN TO ATTEND ALL 3 SESSIONS MAY PRE-BUY THE 3 TICKET
PACK for $90. This ticket DOES NOT provide Reserved Seats for the General Admission Seating Shows on Friday
May 1st and Saturday at 10:00 AM, it does provide your admission to both plus a Reserved Seat for the Saturday May 2nd
Finals. The 3 Ticket holder also receives VIP entrance 15 minutes prior to normal door opening times. The price reflects a
$10 discount over normal prices.
The 3 Event Tri-pack of Tickets are only available through April 1st. After April 1st, you may
continue to telephone us to purchase Tickets at normal prices.

All telephone sales of Tickets will end on Friday April 24th. At that time we will no longer be mailing out
orders as there is a good chance you would not receive the tickets in time. Everyone has the same opportunity to call to
purchase by April 24th. Please inform your families & friends. Tickets will not be sold after April 24th until purchasing at
the event doors.
May 1st Men’s Physique & Bikini Tickets General Admission Tickets will be available during in the
Convention Center on Friday May 1st from 2:00 -3:30 PM, and again at the Showroom entrance doors at 5:30 PM.
May 2nd Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique, Figure and Fitness Judging General Admission
Tickets will be available at the Showroom doors on May 2nd at 8:30 AM.
May 2nd Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique, Figure and Fitness Finals Reserved Tickets will
be available at the 10 AM Judging session in the rear of the showroom. They will also be available at the doors on May
2nd at 5:30 PM providing they are still available. Standing Room Tickets will be available in the event of a sell-out of
reserved Seats.
*THOSE WHO PRE-PURCHASE TICKETS, AND FORGET TO BRING THEIR TICKETS TO THE SHOW WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE
TICKETS AGAIN TO ENTER, NO EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL NOT ALLOW PEOPLE WHO FORGET TICKETS IN. AS ANY SPORTING
EVENT OR CONCERT YOU ATTEND, IF YOU FORGET YOUR TICKETS, YOU HAVE TO BUY YOUR ADMISSION TO ENTER. IF
YOU RETURN YOUR UNTORN TICKETS TO US FOLLOWING THE SHOW WE WILL RETURN YOUR MONEY MINUS A $10
HANDLING FEE.
