Al Jawhara Gardens hotel is the second 4-Star Hotel in Dubai with HACCP
(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), the international food and safety
standard used to analyze potential food hazards and identify measures to control
them, Al Jawhara Hotel Apartment is the first deluxe hotel apartment to be
HACCP certified in Dubai.
Jawhara is also among the first to be certified by TUV Middle East for Food Safety
Management system complying with HACCP codex procedures and FDA retail
guidelines from Dubai Municipality to ensure food safety for the consumer
guest/employees). Jawhara’s Executive Chef was the first Arabic chef to be
HACCP certified in the Middle East.

competition for consecutive 2 years from 2005-2006. For its eminent
