system is ‘H’ gantry mounted. Unit allows
operator to lift and rotate panel through
90° for inspection.

A specially designed door handling
system again uses vacuum to generate
a secure grip on the this profile at each
end of the finished door.
Once safely gripped the door can be
rotated through 90° via a pneumatic
cylinder. This is actuated by a push-button
that is conveniently located next to the
vacuum control handle.
Four vacuum suction pads are used to create a safe grip across the surface of these large
panels. Machine loading becomes a single operator job.
