The project is located in East Java, Indonesia, a mountain resort area, just roughly 30 minutes from Malang, the second
biggest city in East Java. Holland Park Batu is designed on an 4.4 acres of land and has great views to the mountain and
city center. The hotel and condotel are created with the concept: ‘fruit garden and creek.’ The program consists of 360
rooms, 4 stories, 15,000 square feet of convention/ballroom, all-day dining, and meeting facilities that can accommodate
up to 1500 people. Other amenities include a family lagoon pool, gym, spa, and cigar room.
