lf a homeowner is repainting their home in the SAME or DIFFERENT color, they ABSOLUTELY
MUST conform and paint within the 27 approved colors from the Color Palette. DEVIATIONS
FROM THE COLOR PALETTE WILL NOT BE APPROVED.
To select a color scheme for your home and have it approved, follow the simple steps below:
1.
Go to the Lake Gloria Preserve website and access the approved color
palette. (see back) . For your convenience you can also obtain swatches at
the Sherwin Williams website or going directly to the store located at 8414 S.

There is also a swatch of approved colors on our Pool Cabana Bulletin Board.
2.
An Architectural Request application MUST be filled out and submitted to our
Homeowner's Association Management Company or submitted at a monthly Board
meeting. See website for meeting schedule. The address for our management

Your request must be APPROVED by the Architectural Review Committee before
painting your home!
You must choose colors from the approved Color Palette ONLY. These colors
replace any of the original Builder color schemes.
Swatches of the paint colors you choose from the approved Color Palette mist be
attached to the Architectural Request Form per the instructions.
Homeowners, who DO NOT conform to those colors, will be in violation.
