with approved credit. We accept MasterCard,

If you are a new Harry & David client, a credit
form should be completed and sent directly
to [email protected]. Your initial
order will require credit card prepayment with
payment terms based on credit worthiness.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without
notice. To confirm pricing or to receive special
pricing for a catalog, online program, or
large-quantity quote, contact your Account
Executive.
Overruns and Underruns: Exact quantities
are shipped as requested on submitted
purchase orders.
Minimum Order Quantity: If less-than
minimum is ordered, special pricing
agreements do not apply. Pricing is based
on mininums indicated in the first column
published price. A less-than minimum
charge of $45.00 (V) per order may apply.
Returns and Credits: Every Harry & David
item is backed by the strongest guarantee
in the business. Because food gifts are
perishable, it’s important that the gift
recipient open and store according to
instructions. If products arrive damaged
or do not meet expectations, contact
Harry & David’s Special Markets division
([email protected]) within
3 days of receipt for resolution. All claims for
goods damaged in transit or delayed
delivery must be addressed to the carrier.
Seasonal Shipping: Every step is taken
to guarantee our gourmet gifts arrive in
top condition. Some gifts require special
packaging and/or insertion of gel packs
during warmer months. Occasionally, an
additional charge will apply. Inquire for costs.
Please note that gifts containing chocolate
will not be available for shipment until
October 15.
Order Cancellations: Orders are cancelled
only with written acknowledgment from
Harry & David authorized personnel. If an
order is cancelled after it is in production,
cancellation fees may apply.

are accepted from qualified promotional
products distributors. Please provide a
written purchase order with detailed
information to ensure accurate production
and shipment. You will receive an Order
Receipt within 24 business hours of
sending your purchase order. An Order
Acknowledgement will be emailed to the
name on the purchase order.
Artwork: When placing an order, please
submit your art to specialmarkets@
harryanddavid.com with the purchase order
number in the subject line. Screen printed
products require Adobe Illustrator vector
artwork. Please save as an .eps or .ai file.
Be sure to convert all text to outlines. Digital
printing utilized to produce our corner sleeve
and hang tag require a 4-color pdf file. Ribbon
imprinting requires either a pdf, .ai or .eps
file. Harry & David will match ribbon imprint,
hang tag and corner sleeve colors as closely as
possible. Unless a specific size is indicated on
the purchase order, best size and placement
will be determined by the Harry & David
creative team and noted on the proof.
Proofs: A proof will be generated for all
orders requesting decoration. The proof will
be sent to the email address associated with
the purchase order. Orders will not go into
production until written approval is obtained
via email or fax.
Order Production: Production will begin
within 24 hours of order acknowledgement
unless we receive written instructions
otherwise. Standard production time is 5-15
days. Production time for custom orders is
noted in the written quote.
Multiple Ship-to Addresses: For your
convenience, orders can be drop-shipped
to individual recipients. To accommodate
multiple ship-to addresses, use the template
found under Forms at www.harryanddavid.
com/promo.
International: To learn about our international

Invoicing: Invoices are sent via email or regular

carrier for shipments. Specific in-hands
date can only be guaranteed by shipping
via next-day air. Third-party shipping is
available with a $5.00 (Z) handling charge
per order.
