Step 1: Purchase your Flexpass.
A Flexpass can be redeemed for
any show within a season.
A season typically runs from
September to August. Follow the
green pointer for a complete
Flexpass purchase and use!
If you have already purchased your
Flexpass, skip to page 10.
At this point you are redirected to
Vendini.com, ATMTC’s ticketing
system.
This example is for the 2015-2016
Season, but the steps will still be the
same for any season you purchase.

number is important in case there is
a last-minute cancellation or
emergency.

Flexpass member. In addition to
getting 20% off tickets, you have
free exchanges, first pick at popular
ticket dates and times, and you even
help us choose our upcoming
seasons!
You will receive an e-mail that
looks like this. Please make note of
your Patron ID or the e-mail
address you used for this purchase
UNLESS this is a gift.
IF YOU PURCHASED A GIFT:
Gift recipients will receive their
own copy of this e-mail with their
own unique Patron ID. Gift
recipients Patron ID/email address
must be used to reserve tickets. As
the giver, you cannot use your own
Patron ID to reserve tickets.
Step 2: Reserve your tickets online.
Select the show you would like to see and
click Buy Tickets Now (yes, we are aware
you have already bought your tickets). You
will not be charged. If you prefer to
reserve your tickets over the phone, call
301-634-2270.
Select your choice of date/time to
see your chosen show. We’re using
Caps for Sale, The Musical as the
example.
Select the number of tickets you
would like to use from your
Flexpass. You may use as few as 1 or
as many as 10 at once!
Do NOT enter your information at
this step. Instead,
CLICK ‘REDEEM BENEFITS.’
This is where you search with your
Patron ID (included on your
confirmation) or your e-mail address
you used to purchase the Flexpass.
Gift recipients will use their own
Patron ID or email address.
Helpful information on this page! This
screen tells you how many discount
tickets you have remaining AND when
your Flexpass expires. Please note, the
Flexpass WILL expire at the end of the
season, typically in August. You cannot
use your Flexpass for another season.
You CAN buy a second Flexpass if you
think you’ll use more tickets within this
season. Not sure? A Flexpass is a
worthwhile investment at 7+ tickets.
