1.4 Torque Constant Vs Current
The Figure bellow shows the motor torque constant as a function of phase
current. At a sinusoidal current of 28 RMS Amps the torque constant falls off
by 10% from its low current value.

iron losses and the specified gearbox friction.

Torque Speed Performance

Motor Thermal Performance
Continuous
The estimated thermal resistance from winding to atmosphere for this motor
is approximately 1.0°C/Watt. This means that the continuous allowable
wattage, assuming a 150°C maximum winding temperature and a 70°C
ambient, is 80 Watts.
Short Duty Cycle
The following short term currents and temperature rises occur:
At 49Apk, 35 Arms (=370Nm geared output torque), the motor winding
temperature will rise 80°C within 2 seconds.
At 98Apk, 70Arms (660Nm geared output torque), the motor winding
temperature will rise 40°C within 0.250 second.
