components, the Alpha Q BDC2 carbon fork and Rolf Prima Vigor Tandem wheels,
you get one of the fastest and most reliable tandems on the road. Since its
introduction in 2002, this bike has become a favorite among tandem enthusiasts.
Utilizing 18 years of experience with tandem needs and working with Alpha Q,
we have co-developed the Alpha Q/Burley BDC2 all-carbon fiber tandem fork
exclusively for Burley tandems. This fork was designed to utilize all the advantages
of carbon fiber: light weight, vibration damping, stiffness, and strength. With
beefed up Carbon Rooting Technology and a super-strong 4mm thick steerer
tube, the BDC2 fork is the lightest, strongest, and stiffest tandem-specific fork on
the market.

child stoker kit
The Burley Child Stoker kit is a perfect
way to share the fun of tandem bicycling
with your child. The kit is recommended
for five to ten year-old’s so that they can
safely ride with an adult captain. After
initial installation, the child’s pedals can
be quickly removed or re-installed with
simple hand tools, allowing an easy
conversion from child to adult use.
The child stoker kit is compatible with
Burley tandems as well as with many
other tandem brands.
