Annual PM Service
As a customer-driven business, we stand completely

• A 12-month extended warranty agreement
• Fast and responsive service during the period
of the contract.

chamber at no additional charge.
• Free service visits during the contract period
if the problem cannot be resolved over the
telephone.

Total Care Plus-10 Program
For Sechrist chambers over 10 years old, the Total
Care Plus-10 Program includes all the benefits of
the standard Total Care agreement and includes all
PVHO2 Inspections (see back for additional details).
Through our Sechrist Annual Preventative
Maintenance Service (PM), we offer:
• Recommended annual preventative maintenance service conducted, at your convenience.
• All regularly replaced parts, including
filter elements and battery; other parts
can be provided at an additional charge.
• One month warranty on parts and labor
• 24x7 telephone and email support

On-Site Repairs
Sechrist offers a range of choices and price points to meet your chamber repair needs, including:
• Standard repair time – For repairs that are necessary but can be managed until a Sechrist technician
is in the facility area
• Rush repair - Based on the urgency of the situation, a Sechrist technician will be deployed to the
site as quickly as possible.
• Expedited repair – For urgent situations, a Sechrist technician will be onsite within 48 work hours.
• Sechrist service technicians are always available to assist customers by phone or email, 24/7.
PVHO2 Inspections
PVHO-2-2012 is a standard that provides technical requirements and guidelines for the operation
and maintenance of Pressure Vessels for Human Occupancy (PVHO) systems. This standard provides
technical criteria for the user to establish the serviceability of a PVHO acrylic widow under its specific
environmental requirements. PVHO-2-2012 also provides information regarding the Design Life and
Service Life of your acrylic cylinder and guidelines on inspections which can be done to extend the
Service Life.
Service Life of the acrylic cylinder may be extended beyond the design life (10 years, 10,000 cycles or
40,000 hours) up to an additional 10 years or 10,000 cycles as long as 10 Year Life Extension Viewport
Inspection is completed on or before the end of the design life and cylinder MVIs are completed at
regularly suggested intervals (every 18-24 months). Upon completion of all PVHO2 Inspections, Service
Life will be extended to 20 years or 20,000 cycles.
Sechrist now offers PVHO-2 Ten (10) Year Life Extension Viewport Inspection and Maintenance Viewport
Inspection (MVI)
• Ten (10) Year Life Extension Viewport Inspection – includes complete mapping and documentation
of cylinder as well as inspection of seat and seal; includes repair and refinishing of scratches
• Maintenance Viewport Inspection (MVI) - includes repair and refinishing of scratches on acrylic
cylinder
All PVHO2 Inspections can be completed at the time of regularly scheduled annual Preventative
Maintenance or at any other time convenient to your facility.
