All forged pieces are made
in ASTM A182/F316L modified
stainless steel and are bought
from approved manufacturers.
Valves can also be made in different

materials, according to customer’s
requirements.

of urea valves, like block (straight type),
angle type, piston type and drop check,
size up to 8” included.
Rating: class 2500 LBS,
P.N. 325 and P.N. 455.

Heat treatment list
Huey test certificate
All semi-worked pieces are carefully
heat treated, in order do not remove
more that five millimeters on
the finished pieces.

Severe tests are made in order
to verify the good corrosion
resistance and microstructure type
of the material.
Each sample of material is put
in a corrosive bath for five cycles,
and each cycle lasts
48 hours.
At the end of each cycle,
the sample is weighed using
a scale capable to weigh up
four numbers after the zero.
At the end of test, the sample
is micrographic and metallographic
examinated.

A ferrite check testing report
All the finished pieces are tested in order to verify
the ferrite content, using an advanced measuring
instrument Fisher Ferritoscope
type MPE-Fe-GAB1.3.
Certificates of tests are issued, reporting the result
of each verification.
