360 Circuit Training
Bokwa
Instructor: Jenn Wilson
Instructor: Jenn Wilson
If you’re looking for something different and cutting
edge or a new way to burn off those holiday
indulgences, this popular program is for you. High
Intensity Circuit Training (HICT) is the secret to
losing body fat, weight and increasing energy. The
combination of aerobic and resistance training in a
high-intensity, limited rest design can deliver numerous
health benefits in much less time than traditional
programs.
The circuit consists of exercise stations that alternate
strength movements and aerobic actions with carefully
timed periods of short rest in between, allowing for
active recovery between stations. You get a total body
work out in 45 minutes, gaining maximal results in
minimal time. The class will end with a core work out
and light stretch.
Exercises can be modified for safety and gradual
conditioning to this type of exercise. Each participant
works at their own pace and individual fitness level
while experiencing the motivation and support of the
group and instructor.
Whether you are looking to get fit or take your workout
to the next level, this high energy circuit program is for
you. Join Personal Trainer/Group Exercise Instructor,
Jenn Wilson and rev up your fitness level with this fun,
motivating workout.
Bokwa® is a new and completely different approach
to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the
globe. Participants draw letters and numbers with
their feet while performing an energizing and addictive
cardio workout routine. Moving together to today’s
most popular music, participants of all ages draw the
Bokwa® L, 3, J, K and dozens of other steps.
Because Bokwa® steps are structured and based on
the forms of letters and numbers, it does not require
you to count steps, like a traditional 8 count followed
by most fitness programs. There is no choreography
to learn. Once you know the step, you own it and
can do it without following an instructor’s personal
choreography. Because the steps follow the same
structure, whether you are doing it in Taiwan, Australia,
England or the US, Bokwa® is truly universal.
We do Bokwa® to popular music that appeals to a
global audience. The music is energizing and addictive
and it is likely the same feel good songs you listen to in
your car.

Parent/Child Swim (30 min) For parent and child, 6 months to 3 ½ yrs. The
purpose of this class is to familiarize families with the
pool and to begin the process of assimilating your child
for swim lessons. This class is not designed to teach
children to survive in the water on their own. The major
focus of this class will be to have fun with your child
while learning some of the basics such as proper holds.
Instruction will be geared to the parent. A clean swim
diaper is required under a snug fitting bathing suit for
children who are not potty trained.
Lessons Information: Children need to follow simple
commands from their instructor. Trust is important and
crucial for positive progress. Parents are welcome to
watch from the bleachers. Our classes are organized
initially by age (for first time preschoolers) with a ratio
of 1:4, instructor to student. For children 6 and up the
instructor to student ratio will depend on the skill group
your child is working on. We follow USWIM progressions
Level 2 and 3. See below for skills and for more detail
parents can view all the levels on YouTube.
