Alchoholic fermentation and also malolactic fermentation take place in 6500 litre French oak Barriques. Aged in Bordeaux barriques for 24-28 months using a combination of French and American Oak. Aged in the bottle for at least18 months prior to sale. Percentage of alcohol 13,1% Temperature for Serving 16º C Tasting Notes Clean and strong cherry colour.Intense and complex aroma. Toasty aroma, with notes of dateds and hints of toffee. Soft palate with smooth tannins. Fresh tasting with complexity brought on by ageing.
