The Personal Health Assessment (PHA) is also available within
n-roll. The PHA application

comprehensive health survey within their
n-roll site. It consists of two parts: a health
questionnaire and a biometric screening. Upon completion, each employee receives a
personalized report called the “Personal Health Profile” based on their PHA answers,
biometric screening results or a combination of both. Each report provides a detailed analysis
of the individual’s health complete with videos and personalized recommendations for better
health and lowered risks.
Your organization can easily offer rewards for completing the PHA questionnaire or biometric
