Got a curious kid ? This camp gives students the opportunity to develop
their creative and scientific thinking, solving real world problems while
improving their English language and teamwork skills

Problems Chantemerle STEM* campers solved last summer:
Investigate various type of hydrogels and how much water they can hold
Design a recycled bag fthat is capable of carrying 3 kg for 10 min
Program an Arduino board to turn a light on / off at pre-defined intervals
* The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) program at Chantemerle is
designed in collaboration with anyone4science from Ireland, the Mobsya foundation
at the EPFL and the University of Lausanne

ACTIVE LANGUAGE LEARNING
- 24 hours /week, all levels
- Optional: DELF / Cambridge exam certification (July 26th)
- Main objective: to build confidence in the new language
The courses are well structured with personalized daily
objectives. Small classes and experienced native teachers
ensure individual attention. Students improve their
grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary skills and apply
them in daily life situations.
FUN ACTIVITIES
In the afternoons and on weekends,
experienced educators help students
to develop their skills in the chosen
activity – all through the medium of
French or English.

Jiu jitsu. Full moon snow walks

From June 26th to August 7th 2016, Chantemerle welcomes boys and girls
(junior : 6-12 years ; teens : 13-16 years) from all over the world to study
a new language and discover Switzerland with plenty of fun activities.
