Not Just ANY Broadway-Themed Camp! Our Broadway teaching artists have made it to the top of their craft – hone your skills under their expert guidance. Join our unique musical theatre intensive and work both one-on-one and in groups with our brilliant team of top Broadway professionals. Carefully selected to create a safe and invigorating atmosphere for the study of music, dance and theatre, our teaching artists are leaders in the performance field and will advance your skills, no matter how accomplished or inexperienced you are. At the end of this four- to six-day musical theatre intensive, you have the chance to strut your new expertise on stage before a cheering audience. Audition by video for a top NYC casting director (this resulted in major acting contract offers to students in 2014 and 2015). Get feedback, and maybe an invitation to audition for your first Broadway show! Students will be given the opportunity to have their headshots taken by a top NYC résumé photographer at a discounted price (cost is additional to tuition). JUNIOR ADVANCED MUSICAL THEATRE INTENSIVE – FOCUS ON 13 THE MUSICAL – Monday, July 25 - Saturday, July 30 • Ages 7-15 AUDITION REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE ADVANCED MUSICAL THEATRE INTENSIVE – FOCUS ON CRAZY FOR YOU – Monday, July 25 - Saturday, July 30 • Ages 16-25 AUDITION REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE • Designed for students with experience in musical theatre who are ready to amp up their training. • Examine all elements of an entire show – voice, acting and dance – in a complete journey into character exploration and development. • Focus on professional aspects of show business: • Audition technique and materials • Head shots and résumés • Identify and explore your “type” • Video audition for a top NYC casting director and receive feedback! • Perform an abridged version of 13 The Musical (Junior Advanced) or Crazy for You (Advanced) as a recital – admission is FREE!
