Aluminium Roof Ladder
Manufactured from rectangular aluminium alloy with broad oval rungs at
a 30° slope to allow a comfortable safe foothold. Underneath the stiles
are aluminium bearers covered in rubber to ensure maximum clearance
in the interest of safety.
All roof ladders are fitted with strong curved ridge hook and rubber tyred
wheels.

Extending Roof Ladder
The Clow Extending Roof Ladder is fitted with longitudinal pressure
bars and heavy duty castors (one of which is rotatable through 360° for
maximum manoeuvrability on the roof.)
The ERL2 extension available for this ladder, provides a maximum
useable length of 9.4m (30’9”). This is attached to the main ladder by
aluminium spigot and retained by screw and wingnut.

Safety Extension Ladder (Class 1)
The Clow Safety Extension Ladder (Wire Reinforced
with Automatic Catch), is the strongest and safest
timber ladder on the market.
The sides are made from Douglas Fir, reinforced with
a seven strand steel cable, inserted flush with the
timber in the back edge enabling these ladders to
bear a very great strain.
The turned rungs are shaped from straight grained
hickory. These are tapered and glued into the sides
to prevent moisture getting in. Each ladder is bolted
together with screwed and nutted tie rods as rigidity is
a special feature.
The Standard Timber Extension Ladder is an
all-timber ladder designed to meet the requirements of
BS 1129 Class 1.
Clow Aluglas® Ladder
Wire reinforcement is recommended as an optional
extra, giving the advantage of a lightweight timber
ladder with enhanced strength.
The Standard Timber Extension Ladder is designed as
a push up ladder but can also be rope operated if fitted
with an automatic catch.
Industrial Class 1 Timber Clow Tradesman

The Clow 'Tradesman' Timber Step Ladder is a
strong and substantially made stepladder which
is light, rigid and safe.
With a Class 1 rating this step ladder will safely

Providing access where additional stabilising
support is limited, the Reach-A-Light Ladder
is suitable for many uses, such as access to
high garden hedges and trees, or where a
self supporting solution is needed to access
high points such as halls, churches and other
buildings with similar high ceilings.
Features include channel
stiles and heavy duty back
bars. In addition, the extruded
serrated aluminium treads
are double riveted to
the front legs for
additional strength
and rigidity.

Clow Safety Podium
Step
The Euroglas® ‘Tradesman’ Stepladder is an all fibreglass
construction resulting in a lightweight but extremely strong
stepladder.
The broad 170mm top platform depth of this swingback step,
combined with the deep 80mm treads, ensures a very safe and
stable set of steps. The serrated non-slip treads provide a sure
foothold and are glued and riveted to the stepladder stiles for
secure fixing.
These stepladders are manufactured to comply with the
following standards: European EN 131 Standard, (150kg),
American ANSI 14.5 Standard and British ES1 13-1 Standard.
