Learn the art and science of Entrepreneurship: Build your business to last
Program Design
Unit 1 - Ideas:
You will examine the strength and weakness of your business ideas and
business model in-depth.
Unit 2 - Opportunities:
You will focus on identifying the right opportunity & market segment to
play or grow in your business
Unit 3 - Strategy:
You will develop and articulate a clear strategy for driving growth and
profit and sustained success
Unit 4 - Resources:
You will identify the key resources you need to scale, grow and
maximize your potential
Unit 5 – Plan:
You will bring together the work of pervious 4 units to make not merely
a business plan but an “Executable Game Plan”
Unit 6 – Balancing Life
You will learn breakthrough tools on how to maximize your
performance as an entrepreneur and balance your life at the same time.
This will include training for performance boosters and balanced-life
strategies like stress and fatigue management, rejuvenation, will-power
development etc including martial arts-yoga methods.
Unit 7- Execution! -
On completion of your 10 days onsite JLP, you will have an option to
enroll into a 2 months (4 sessions) 1-on-1 coaching program with a Lead
facilitator to support you through the initiate stages of Execution of
your Game plan. This unit is optional.
 Unit 1-6, are Core Units delivered in a 10 day residential immersion program.
 IMP: The content of Unit 6 is embedded through the program by way of special classroom and
outdoor sessions.
 Unit 7, is optional and delivered in 2 months over four 1-on-1 coaching mentoring session
with JLP faculty

Day 9: Unit 5– Plan
Classroom 1: Game Plan Olympics

The session will start early at 8:30 AM
Participants / Teams (voluntary) will present their GAME PLANS in “PITCH STYLE” to a Jury
Panel
o Each pitch will be of 5 mins and cover the essential format of the Game Plan.
o Participants will be allowed to entertain 2-3 questions.

The Jury Panel will comprise of special invitees including program faculty, successful
Entrepreneurs, subject matter experts
40% weightage will be given to Jury ratings, 30% to Class Participants & 30% to
Program faculty in selecting the Winners!
The Winning and Runner Up Teams will receive : GAME PLAN OLYMPIC CHAMPS and GAME PLAN
OLYMPIC RUNNER UP citations

Participants will also receive constructive feedback from their peers and judges.

The whole program will undertake a field trip to NASA Facilities about 2hrs from
Houston Texas
The field trip will be both an excursion as well as informal opportunity to discuss,
debrief and exchange notes with you fellow participants and program leaders
