MG39 - MG45 Series
Metallized hot stamping foil developed for application to T-shirts.
This series is available in silver, gold, various metallic colors,
as well as some multi-color patterns and holographic patterns.
Typical application is using clamshell type heat presses.
The T-shirt or fabric material must be pre-printed with an
appropriate adhesive. Foiled shirts typically take up to 3 to 5
washes when using cold water and mild detergent. Hang to dry.
Foiled shirts should not be ironed or dry-cleaned. Other factors
such as adhesive used and application conditions affect the
washability of the product.

Application Temperature: 300 - 325°F - Typical clamshell
application (150 - 165°C)
These temperature ranges serve only as a start-up reference.
Proper temperature setting will depend on several other
application conditions such as type of machinery and tooling,
coverage, application speed and pressure, and other factors.
