The Exchange at Potomac Yard is a 1.9 million-square-foot
development with a planned 800,000 square feet of o ce and
hotel space, 100,000 square feet of retail, 1,700 units of
residential, and a new Metro station. Notch 8 achieved LEED®
certi cation and features a total of 253 units in a six-story, woodframed building with amenities including a pool, bathhouse, party
room, and green roof courtyard. The community includes 480
below-grade parking spaces across three levels with designated
electric vehicle charging stations. Notch 8 also features 69,900
square feet of retail space that houses a LEED® Silver certi ed
Giant Supermarket.
