Minimum Orders - The minimum
order is United States Dollar
150.00 Excluding shipping charges
Volume Discounts - Items listed
on this site have already been
discounted for wholesale
customers. If your ordering amount
exceeds $5000.00 please contact us

Back Orders - Some items may
not be in stock, you can list these
items on your order sheet and we
will let you know when they
become available.
Payment Policies - We accept all major
credit cards, checks or money orders
Changes and Cancellations - If you
want to change or cancel an order, please
email or fax us immediately. You can
email [email protected] quoting
your Email address.
Return Policies - If the items are
damaged or defected please contact us
within 14 days of receipt to receive a
Return Goods Authorization Number
(RGA). No returns will be accepted or
processed unless accompanied by a valid
RGA number. Clearly write your valid
RGA number on the outside of your
package to expedite your return. Our
return policy is limited to the above and
no refunds will be given for incorrectly
ordered items. We will however endeavor
to assist you on a case by case basis.
Orders returned to us by the shipper,
refused or undeliverable receives full
credit for merchandise less freight
charges.
If we made an error in your shipment,
we'll resolve the problem to your
satisfaction at no additional charge to
you, provided the errors are reported to
us within 14 business day of receipt.
Home-N-Linens liability shall not exceed
the total purchase price or replacement of
the goods ordered.
All goods are shipped F.O.B Dallas,
which means they become your property
as soon as we give them to the carrier. If
the freight carrier fails to deliver your
merchandise in good condition, its your
responsibility to file a damage or loss
claim with the carrier.
Inspect all products and packing
immediately upon receipt, we will provide
assistance if needed.
Home-N-Linens reserves the right to
refuse returns that do not meet the above
conditions
All refunds will be processed either by
company check or refunded back to your
credit card account. Prices for all items on
this site are listed in U.S. dollars.

OR OTHER CAUSES ARISING DIRECTLY OR
INDIRECTLY FROM OR IN CONNECTION
WITH ANY PRODUCT AND/OR ITS USE.
Items are packed in polybags and sealed
in cardboard boxes. We may use Fedex
Ground or USPS depending on service
area, price and availability. Our couriers
liability may be limited, please specify if
you would like optional insurance cover
for delivery.
Ground shipping charges within USA are
estimated at 10% of the invoice total and
can vary depending on weight.
Shipments outside USA incur an
additionally charge.
Shipments typically take between 4-6
weeks.
We also offer freight collect shipments,
simply mark your couriers account
number on the order form and write
“FREIGHT COLLECT”
You will be emailed a final invoice with
the grand total prior to shipping, a
hardcopy will also be enclosed with your
merchandise.
