Gravenhurst Plastics deep well polyethylene pipe is manufactured
from prime, natural resin and coloured BLUE for easy identification.
Deep well polyethylene manufactured by Gravenhurst Plastics is the
best choice for deep wells and carries a minimum rating of 160psi.
Introducing………
Colour co-ordinating packaging
WHITE LINE- Standard 75
RED LINE - CSA 75
BLUE LINE - Standard 100
GREEN LINE - CSA 100
GOLD LINE - 160 MST
SOLID BLUE - Deep Well
At Gravenhurst Plastics, we recognize the importance of being able
able to quickly and accurately identify both the pressure rating and
the CSA classification of the polyethylene pipe in your inventory.
For this reason we use colour co-ordinated tape to clearly mark the
CSA rating and pressure class making it easy to identify our pipe
and eliminate costly shipping errors.
When looking, as an example, for a coil or reel of CSA 75, simply
look for the RED TAPE on the coil or reel, clearly identifying the
product. For Standard Grade 75 look for White, CSA 100 look for
Green, Standard Grade 100 look for Blue and Gold for 160 psi.
As always, deep well pipe will be solid blue and Utility will be black.

Weather Resistant
Gravenhurst Plastics' polyethylene pipe is specially formulated
to provide protection against ultra violet rays. There is no extra
protection required for above ground installations and inventory
does not need to be protective wrapped.
Corrosion Resistance
Gravenhurst Plastics' polyethylene pipe provides superior
resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and decomposition. Unlike
metal pipes, Gravenhurst's polyethylene pipe will not degrade
over time after installation.
Installation Ease
Gravenhurst Plastics' polyethylene pipe can be installed without
the need for expensive tools. The pipe can be cut with an ordinary
saw and deburred by hand.
Sequential Marking
Every coil and reel of Gravenhurst's polyethylene pipe is
sequentially marked with the footage so you never need to
guess. This saves valuable time and eliminates waste.
Chemical Resistance
Gravenhurst Plastics' polyethylene pipe is the most chemically
inert product in the market today. For a complete listing of
chemical resistance please refer to our compatability chart.
Experience
Gravenhurst Plastics' polyethylene pipe is durable, has a low
co-efficient of friction for smoother flow, can absorb water
hammer and will not be negatively affected by freeze thaws.
Our pipe is supported by over 40 years experience manufacturing
in Canada, stored indoors until shipped and colour co-ordinated
for easy identification.
