Windows 7 Screen Saver

A Screen Saver is a moving picture or pattern that appears on a computer screen when the mouse
or keyboard has not been used for a specified period of time.
The Windows 7 personalize window provides a number of default desktop screen saver displays or
you can use your own photos.
To use your own photos, make a folder called “My Screensaver Photos” under your Pictures Folder in
the Libraries. Then Copy two or more photos into the “My Screensaver Photos” folder.
To create your own screen saver
You can create a personalized screen saver that displays selected pictures and videos as a slide
show.
Open Screen Saver Settings by clicking the Start button.

In the search box type “screen saver”.
Click “Change screen Saver”.

In the Screen Saver drop down menu click ”Photos” then click “Settings/”.
Click” Browse..”.

Navigate to “My Screensaver Photos” then click “OK”.
Adjust the Slide show speed and check either to Shuffle or not.
Set the Wait time and if you want to display the logon when you resume.
To see what the screen saver will look like click “Preview”. Hit the Esc key to return from the preview.

If you are satisfied click ”OK”.
When the specified wait time, without touching the keyboard or mouse, has expired, a photo slide
show of the selected folder contents will begin.
