Waiver
The Participant at the Golden Horseshoe All Canadian Lineman Camp together with the Participant’s
parents/guardians hereby waive and release the Golden Horseshoe All Canadian Lineman Camp, its
coaches and volunteers, and Player’s Paradise Facility from any and all injury, illness, liability, loss or
damage that Participant may suffer as a result of participation in said Camp. In addition, the
Participant’s parents/guardians hereby agree to identify the Golden Horseshow All Canadian Lineman
Camp together with its coaches and volunteers and Player’s Paradise Facility from any and all injury,
illness, liability, loss or damage that the Participant may suffer as a result of participation in said Camp.

Golden Horseshoe
All Canadian
Lineman Camp
To whom it may concern,
Jordan Cozzi and Danny Brown are putting together a football camp specifically
for Offensive and Defensive Linemen. The camp will focus on providing youth football
players the skills and techniques to succeed as both a player and as a person. We shall
focus on developing football specific skills as well as discipline, communication, and
teamwork. We believe that these skills obtained in football can directly translate into
everyday life!
We are writing you to ask if you are interested in sponsoring the Big Rigs Camp.
The cost for running this camp is quite expensive as many factors must be considered,
and we would like to provide the players with the best experience possible.
Your sponsorship would greatly decrease our expenses which would directly
lower the cost of each player to attend. We have no motive to profit from this camp; any
and all money will be given back to the football community in any way possible.
With your sponsorship, we can advertise your company in the game day programs
of the Niagara Storm, Steel City Ironmen, and Hamilton Hurricanes football
organizations. We are also able to advertise company logos on the camp T-shirts as well
as showcase posters and banners if provided.
Any amount of support is welcome; if you are able to support us it will be greatly
appreciated. If you require further information do not hesitate to contact us. We are
looking forward to the first ever Golden Horseshoe All Canadian Lineman Camp and its
