hectic pace of life and everyday concerns require our strength and our health. Our health is therefore a priority, which

The treatments included in our packages, follow the long tradition of spa and relaxation and use unique local natural
sources - mineral springs, naturally occurring medicinal Maria‘s gas and peat.
Wellness stays offer the use of hotel swimming pools and whirlpools, access to the most modern Danubius Premier
Fitness Center in hotel Centrální Lázně or active recreation through sports activities. Experience the beauty of the

Mariánské Lázně, the youngest of the West Bohemian spa towns, is noted for its beautiful setting. The
valley in where it lays is open to the South and from other sides it is protected by forested hills. At an
altitude of 630 m, clean air, carefully kept parks, spa forests, special architecture, abundant cultural,
sport and social life together create character of Mariánské Lázně.
Mariánské Lázně not only offers its guests top quality spa
treatments and hotel services, but also a wide range of opportunities how to actively spend free time.
CULTURE
Spa hotels and the historical premises of the Cultural and
Conference Centre Casino offer guests regular cultural
programs – dance and operetta evenings, concerts and
lectures. You can get absorbed in the tones of the Singing Fountain or to visit promenade concerts. For lovers of
classical music there is the annual Chopin festival which
takes place every August and which belongs between the
most significant Chopin events. The festival celebrated its
50th anniversary in 2009. The opening and final concert
in the Cultural and Conference Centre Casino belongs
amongst the social highlights of the spa season.

The choice of sporting possibilities in Mariánské Lázně is incredibly diverse.
For lovers of ‘white sports’, our company offers its own tennis area, during
the winter months it has a heated inflatable hall. 18-hole golf course in
Mariánské Lázně was ceremonially opened by the British king Edward VII.,
who also became the first founding member of the club, on 21st August
1905. In 2003 the Queen Elizabeth II. granted the golf club the prestige title
Royal Golf Club.
For cyclists, there are numerous prepared cycling routes, lovers of Nordic walking can walk through splendid natural routes and in winter time

the possibility to buy a trip at the receptions of all hotels of the company Léčebné
lázně Mariánské Lázně a.s. - Marienbad Kur & Spa Hotels and at the spa information centre on the colonnade.
4. PARKING
According to guests’ request we can arrange parking in the hotel Butterfly in the
underground car park with a parking fee 270 CZK per day and in the hotel Imperial in the underground car park with a parking fee 270 CZK per day / from

11.5.2013 / and by hotel Nové Lázně 170 CZK per day and by spa hotels Centrální
Lázně and Maria Spa Courtyard with a parking fee 150 CZK per day. It is necessary
to book in advance. There is also the possibility to park in the central car park in
the town’s centre (behind the town theatre).
5. ENTRANCE PERMISSION
A free entrance to the spa area to the spa hotel is allowed only on the arrival and
departure day (only after presenting a confirmed reservation form). An entrance
permit to the spa area is issued by the Městská policie (Municipal police), Ruská
155, Phone: 354 625 452. Or a day ticket can be purchased from a parking meter
before entering the spa area.

Travel insurance is not included in the price of a stay. We recommend you obtain
to get insurance in case of illness or injury during the stay.

2.2.5. The payer is obliged to pay not only the total sum for the stay, but also all
charges connected with the bank transfer.
2.2.6. Confirmation of the payment of accommodation by bank transfer is necessary to be presented on your arrival at the hotel at the hotel reception.
2.3. We do not accept any payments by cheques.
2.4. You can pay for your stay on your arrival at the hotel reception desk in cash.
2.5. We accept payment in EUR or CZK only (according to the current exchange
rate of the day).
3. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
3.1. Double room for single use: we charge a price for one person in a double bed room

3.9. Christmas and New Year’s Eve Stays:
From 23.12.2013 until 02.01.2014 we offer a program ‘Czech Christmas and
New Year in Mariánské Lázně’. The program includes accommodation, full
board, spa treatments and cultural program. For Christmas and New Year’s
Eve stays, high season prices are valid with an obligatory surcharge for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve program.

110 EUR per person (Spa hotels Maria Spa Courtyard, Centrální Lázně)

3.10. Opening of the Spa Season (25.04. – 09.05.2013): 5 EUR per person per night.
4. CANCELLATION BY CLIENTS
4.1. You can cancel your stay anytime before your arrival. We recommend, for
your own benefit, to send a written statement cancelling the contract.
4.2. In the case of your contract cancellation, we are forced to charge the following
cancellation fees:
27 - 21 days before arrival 5 % of the total amount
Non-arrival without advanced notice: 100 % of the total amount.
4.3. In the case of early departure we charge 100% of the remaining price.
4.4. For unused booked services and changing of booked services during the stay (accommodation, meals, spa treatments) any financial reimbursement is provided.
5. OTHERS
5.1. In the case that during the stay there occurs a change of season, the price of
the current season will be charged.
5.2. We are not responsible for any possible misprint.
5.3. In limited cases, the company Léčebné lázně Mariánské Lázně a.s. - Marienbad Kur & Spa Hotels is entitled to re-allocate client within the hotels of same
category.
