Located in the rolling pastures of Litchfield
Hills, Arethusa Farm has a proud tradition of
raising award-winning purebred Jersey, Holstein and Brown Swiss cows. Great milk
comes from great cows, and great cows come
from Arethusa. Enjoy a small tour of their
farm and barns and see just how it is done!

waterfowl and wetlands through research, education and conservation

Kent Falls is just northeast of the village of Kent. The water source is a
mountain brook called Falls Brook
originating in nearby Warren. The
water drops approximately 70 feet to a
pool below and is particularly beautiful
after a rainstorm or during spring runoff. The facility offers many recreational opportunities including a short hike
up the side of the falls, picnic tables,
fields, and ample parking. Take the
family along for a picnic, hike and a
splash at the bottom of the falls.

farm and only 7 taps for maple syrup,
they soon had a large demand for their
delicious maple syrup and needed to

4,000 taps, this family run sugar house
produces maple syrup which is
shipped all over the State for sale.
Their tap house and gift shop are open
for business and tours to the curious
wanderer. Stop in to learn and taste

heritage railway operated by the volunteers of the Railroad Museum of New
