WHO HAVE MADE OUR MOVE TO THE RICOH ARENA SUCH A SUCCESS. WHEN
THE BOYS RAN OUT AGAINST LONDON IRISH IN FRONT OF A RECORD CROWD
BACK IN DECEMBER, IT WAS AN EMOTIONAL MOMENT WHICH SENT SHIVERS
DOWN THE SPINE, PARTICULARLY AFTER A CHALLENGING COUPLE OF YEARS.
We have been overwhelmed by
the support we have received,
both in the West Midlands and
from our long-standing fans who
have shown such loyalty and
commitment making the journey
with us from Adams Park.
Your support has meant so much
to everyone involved with the club
and hopefully we can enjoy many
more big occasions together at
the Ricoh Arena, because that’s
what our supporters and new
home deserve.
We have enjoyed a great run in
Europe this season and we will
look to build on that next year with
the talented squad of players we
already have, complemented
by our new signings such as All
Black Frank Halai, England Saxons
scrum-half Dan Robson and 2010
and 2011 Premiership Golden Boot
winner Jimmy Gopperth, who will
join from three-time European
Champions Leinster Rugby.
By joining the Wasps family as a

WHAT IS THE ADULT/JUNIOR COMBO?
The Adult/Junior Combo Season Ticket is a more flexible
approach to the traditional “Family Season Ticket”.
Starting at a ratio of one-adult-to-one-junior, the Adult/
Junior Combo allows you to add an additional adult,
additional youth or additional junior to your party at a
discounted rate.
So whether you want to build a package which
combines 1 adult, 1 youth and 2 juniors, or 2 adults and
1 junior, the Adult/Junior Combo provides the most
flexible “family” Season Ticket available.
WHAT ARE THE MAXIMUM LIMITS TO
AN ADULT/JUNIOR COMBO?
Wheelchair bays and easy-access seats provide the
perfect vantage point for disabled supporters and
their companions to watch every kick, tackle and try
scored.

The maximum size of a family group is six people
with a maximum of three 3 adults in this group at any
one time.

Q: I AM A CURRENT SEASON TICKET
HOLDER. WHEN CAN I RENEW?
A: All 2014/15 Full Season Ticket Holders and Half
Season Ticket Holders will be able to renew their
2015/16 Wasps Season Ticket from Monday 13th April
until Friday 15th May.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T
RENEW DURING THAT PERIOD?
A: All seats that have not been renewed by 8pm on
Friday 15th May will go on general Sale.
Q: WHAT PRICE CONCESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE
TO ME TO PURCHASE A SEASON TICKET?
A: 2015/16 Wasps Season Tickets are available at the
following age ranges (as of September 1st 2015):
Adults aged 22 to 59, Seniors aged 60+, Youths aged
17 to 21, Juniors aged 10 to 16, Under 10’s aged 0 to 9.
We have also introduced a new Adult & Junior Family
Season Ticket which adds a greater level of flexibility
for those supporters who visit in family groups.
Supporters with disabilities are also catered for at
the Ricoh Arena and those who have additional
requirements should contact 0247 678 6423.
Q: I AM NOT YET A SEASON TICKET HOLDER
BUT WANT TO BUY ONE. WHEN CAN I DO SO?
A: Non-Season Ticket Holders will need to wait until
Monday 4th May to purchase a 2015/16 Wasps
Season Ticket.
Q: I AM A CURRENT SEASON TICKET HOLDER
BUT WANT TO RELOCATE. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
A: If you want to move from your current seat, you
can relocate to any seat in the stadium that is not
already occupied at any stage during the renewals
period. However, you may also choose to wait until our
Relocations Weekend, which runs from Saturday 16th
May until Sunday 17th May. Tickets bought for children
U16 need to be accompanied by a paying adult.
Q: I RECEIVED FREE ACCESS TO THE SEASON TICKET
HOLDER LOUNGE LAST SEASON. WILL I DO SO AGAIN?
A: Although free lounge access and car parking was
offered as part of the relocations benefits package for
the move to the Ricoh Arena in December, the same
cannot be repeated for the 2015/16 due to a lack of
available capacity to support all Season Ticket Holders
next season. Instead, all 2015/16 Wasps Season Ticket
Holders will be offered the opportunity to upgrade
their package to include lounge access or car parking
for a discounted fee.
During the first 2 weeks, current Full Season Ticket
Holders will have exclusivity on lounge upgrades
before Half Season Ticket Holders who can upgrade to
the lounge from Monday 27th April.
Q: I CURRENTLY HAVE A SEASON TICKET IN THE EAST
STAND AND FIND THE WALK TO THE SEASON TICKET
LOUNGES TOO MUCH. WHAT CAN I DO?
A: We do appreciate it is challenging for supporters
who sit in the East Stand to use the Lounges during
half-time, particularly as it can be up to a 10 minute
walk from your seats to the Lounge on a busy
matchday. However, you do have the opportunity to
relocate your seat to Lloyds Pharmacy Stand, if you
wish to do so, where the walk to the Lounges is far
shorter.
Q: I AM A CURRENT SEASON TICKET HOLDER
AND WANT TO BUY AN EXTRA SEAT FOR MY
CHILD. DO I HAVE TO WAIT?
A: As a current Season Ticket Holder, you can can
buy additional seats at any time. Please note that
the location of any additional seats will be subject to
availability.
Q: I’D LIKE TO SPREAD THE COST OF
MY SEASON TICKET. CAN I DO THIS?
A: Wasps 2015/16 Season Tickets are available to
purchase using V12 Season Ticket Finance. You can
spread the costs across either 4 or 10 months and
apply online. You must be 18 years or older at the date
of your application.

Q: I AM 59 YEARS OLD NOW BUT I WILL BE 60 YEARS
OLD IN AUGUST. AM I ENTITLED TO AN OVER 60S
CONCESSION?
Q: I WOULD LIKE TO BUY SEASON TICKETS FOR MY
CHILDREN THIS SEASON. IS THERE ANY RESTRICTION
AS TO WHERE THEY MAY SIT?
Q: AS A SEASON TICKET HOLDER AT THE RICOH ARENA,
I RECEIVED MATCH TICKETS FOR EVERY GAME LAST
SEASON. WILL THAT BE THE CASE AGAIN?
Q: WHEN THE CLUB RECLOCATED FROM ADAMS PARK, I
RECEIVED AN UGRADE FROM CATEGORY 2 SEATING TO
CATEGORY 1. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
A: Yes, you will qualify for an over 60s concession for
the 2015/16 season. The age brackets are based upon
your age on 1st September 2015 and not the date you
buy your 2015/16 Wasps Season Ticket.
A: The Ricoh Arena is a family-friendly venue and,
as such, children can hold a season ticket in any
category of the stadium. Although there is a nominal
fee for Under 10s located in some areas almost 75% of
the ground is available to under 10’s Free of Charge.
This season, we have also introduced an Adult/Junior
Combo Season Ticket which is the most cost effective
way for your family to enjoy Wasps games at the
Ricoh Arena.
A: No, for the coming season you will receive a new
Wasps Season Ticket Card.
A: Ahead of the 2015/16 season, seating areas have
been reclassified to include 5 categories of seating
– Category 1 Premium to Category 4. However, the
price of a season ticket in the highest category of
seating remains lower than the highest category at
Adams Park and we have endeavoured to keep
prices at an accessible rate for all price categories
throughout the stadium. Wherever possible, like-for-like
comparative seating at the Ricoh Arena remains lower
than at Adams Park. Any supporter who would like to
move from their current seat to a category which is in
a different seating category to their existing seat can
contact Wasps at any time during the renewals phase
to discuss their options.
Q: I AM 21 YEARS OLD NOW AND WILL BE RENEWING MY
SEASON TICKET IN APRIL. HOWEVER, I AM 22 IN JULY.
AM I ENTITLED TO RENEW MY YOUTH CONCESSION?
A: Unfortunately, you would now have to pay the
Adult rate for your season ticket this season. The age
brackets are based upon your age on 1st September
2015, and not the date you buy your 2015/16 Wasps
Season Ticket.
Q: I AM DISABLED. CAN I BUY A SEASON TICKET?
A: The Ricoh Arena is an accessible stadium which
caters for all wheelchair or ambulant disabled
supporters. Any supporter that may require wheelchair
access or an ambulant disabled Season Ticket should
contact the club directly on 0247 678 6423 or call in to
us at the Ricoh Arena Ticket Office.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SEASON CARD?
A: Due to the late start to the 2015/16 season, your
2015/16 Wasps Season Ticket membership pack will be
despatched in late September.
Q: WHY IS LOUNGE ACCESS LIMITED?
A: We want to ensure that supporters who pay for
exclusive access to the lounges and halls at the
Ricoh Arena have full access to them. At Adams
Park, capacities in the Season Ticket Lounges was
extremely limited meaning many supporters were
left disappointed on a matchday. The Ricoh Arena
provides greater capacity for Season Ticket Holders to
enjoy access to lounges but the club wants to ensure
that every supporter who pays for the use of them has
unrestricted use of the facilities at all times.
Q: WHAT IS THIS NEW MEMBERSHIP SCHEME ABOUT?
A: The membership scheme is an exciting
development for the Club. Through the scheme, we
will aim to repay continued loyalty and longevity of
support with a variety of benefits and rewards, details
of which will be released throughout the summer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. In these terms and conditions: the “Club”
means London Wasps Holdings Limited
(company number 04187829); the “Stadium”
means where Wasps play their homes
matches; the “Membership” means any
Season Ticket purchased; and the “Website”
means the Club’s website at www.wasps.
co.uk.
2. The ground regulations issued from time to
time by the Club (the “Ground Regulations”),
which are available on the Website and
which can also be obtained upon request
from the Club, shall be incorporated in, and
form part of, these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions, together with
the Ground Regulations, shall constitute
the entire agreement between the parties
with respect to the subject matter hereof,
and shall supersede any prior agreements,
representations or understanding between
the parties, whether written or oral.
3. The membership provided entitles the
Membership holder (“the Member”) to
admission to the designated part of the
Stadium on match days and the right to
sit in the designated seat as shown on the
Membership card, for the number of games
as designated by the Membership, at any
home fixtures undertaken by the Club’s first
team in the competition currently known as
the Aviva Premiership, home pool games in
a European Knock-out Competition during
the 2015/16 season (together the “Fixtures”).
Other fixtures included in this Membership are
included at the discretion of the Club and will
be advertised thereon in.
4. The Membership is issued subject to, and
all Fixtures will be played in accordance
with, the rules and regulations of the Rugby
Football Union, the Aviva Premiership and all
other relevant competitions in which the Club
is entered.
5. All Fixtures are subject to change and
the Club accepts no liability should a
match be postponed or kick off time be
changed for whatever reason. All season
tickets/Memberships are for Wasps matches
regardless of where they are played. Members
are solely responsible for keeping abreast of
Fixture changes and updates. Membership
will remain valid for a rescheduled Fixture.
6. Members are not entitled to automatic
entry to Club games held at the Stadium other
than the Fixtures. At the sole discretion of the
Club, Members will be given an exclusive
period to purchase their designated seat for
these additional matches.
7. All Memberships are subject to availability.
Membership prices include VAT. A £3.50
booking fee applies to all Memberships.
This is a ticket fulfilment fee which covers,
but is not limited to, administrative costs and
transaction fees.
8. In order to qualify for concessionary
Memberships in the categories identified on
the Website; an “Under 10” must be 9 and
under on 1st September 2015; a “Junior/Youth/
Young Adult” must be aged 10 to 21on the 1
September 2015; Adults must be aged 22 to
59 or under and “Seniors” must be aged 60 or
over on 1 September 2015.
9. In the event of a Membership card being
lost or stolen, the Member shall inform the Club
immediately. A replacement Membership
card (if requested) will be provided by the
Club (at its absolute discretion) at a cost of
£8.50 (inclusive of postage and packaging).
Where a Membership card is forgotten upon
attending the Stadium for a Fixture, the Club
may issue a replacement match ticket at
the absolute discretion of the Club’s Head of
Ticketing Sales or Ticket Office Manager. Save
in such circumstances, the Club shall not issue
any duplicate Membership cards or match
day tickets and no refunds will be given by the
Club in any circumstances.
10. Refunds will only be given at the absolute
discretion of the Club.
11. Memberships shall remain the property of
the Club at all times and, subject to clause 12
below, may not be re-sold or loaned for value
by Members unless permission from the Club
has been granted.
12. Memberships may be used by family and
friends (“Guests”) of the Member who shall at
all times be responsible for the behaviour of
their Guests. Any breach of these terms and
conditions by such Guests will be treated as a
breach by the Member who shall be liable to
the sanctions referred to herein and/or in the
Ground Regulations, including without limit
any damage or injury caused to property or
third parties respectively.

However, the Club accepts no liability by
reason of the circumstances described in this
clause 14 in the event that a Member or Guest
is precluded from admission to the designated
part of the Stadium or the designated seat
shown on the Membership card, or if another
seat is found for the Member of lesser value
than the designated seat shown on the
Membership card.
13. In the event that the Membership is used
by a Guest falling within a lesser value ticket
category (by virtue of their age) than the
Member, neither that person nor the Member
shall be entitled to any rebate in respect of
such usage. In the event that the Membership
is used by a Guest falling within a greater
value ticket category than the Member, that
person must present the Membership card
and pay the difference in value to the Club.
15. The Club may, at its absolute discretion,
suspend or cancel the Membership (and
all associated benefits) in the event of the
Member or their Guest being ejected or
banned from the Stadium or any other sports
ground anywhere in the world, breaching
any of the Ground Regulations or any other
of these terms and conditions, or in the
event of any abusive, dangerous or other
unacceptable behaviour by the Member or a
Guest of the Member.
14. In the event of any construction,
development,
maintenance
or
other
works being required to, or unforeseen
circumstances or incidence of force affecting
any part of, the Stadium, or in the interests of
safety of all supporters within the Stadium,
the Club reserves the right to require any
Member or Guest holding a Membership in
the affected part of the Stadium to vacate
their designated seat. In this eventuality
the Club will use reasonable endeavours to
provide the Member with a seat of equivalent
16. The granting by the Club of any time or
indulgence in respect of any breach of any
part of these terms and conditions by the
Member shall not be deemed a waiver of
such breach and the waiver by the Club of
any breach of any part of these terms and
conditions by the Member shall not prevent
the subsequent enforcement of that part nor
be deemed a waiver of any breach by the
Club.
17. The Club reserves the right to refuse any
application for a Membership at its absolute
discretion. Should any part of these terms and
conditions be considered void or voidable
under any applicable law, then such terms
shall be severed or amended in such a manner
as to render the remainder of these terms and
conditions valid or enforceable.
18. The Club reserves the right to make
changes to any of these terms and conditions
(including,
without
limit,
the
Ground
Regulations). Any such changes will be
notified to Members through the Website and
in the match day programme.
19. These terms and conditions shall be
governed by and construed in accordance
with English law and the parties hereby submit
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of
England with regard to any claims relating
to or in connection with these terms and
conditions.
