Press MENU button to show play menu 3. Scroll down to Firm Update and press FUNC SET 1 of 5 4. Move to OK and press FUNC SET 5. Ensure the camera is set to “P” (program) 6. Press the Shutter button to enter record mode. 7. Press the Flash or à button to turn Flash off 8. Press the ß button to put into Infinity mode 2 of 5 9. Press the PLAY button briefly to show the <ALT> at the bottom of the screen 10. Press MENU button to show the CHDK menu 11. Use the arow keys to select “Scripting Parameters”. 3 of 5 12. Press FUNC SET. On the Script Menu go down to “Interval (sec)” 13. Use the arrow keys ß and à to select the interval you want. 14. Go up to “Save Params” and press FUNC SET 4 of 5 The camera is now programmed. To start taking pictures 15. In the Script Menu select “Load Script from File...” and press FUNC SET. With the arrow keys move down to INTERVAL.BAS 16. Press FUNC SET. Then press MENU to leave the menu. The camera is now ready, you have the CHDK screen with additional things like time and battery. It says “Intervalometer” in the bottom left. 17. Press the Shutter button to start. The display will briefly show *** STARTED *** in the bottom left corner. It will take 1 picture every 60 seconds. 5 of 5
