Food vendors in the USU have implemented ASI recycling guidelines and procedures. El Pollo Loco signed a contract to remain in the USU for another 15 years. For the first time, the USU conducted focus groups of users of the USU Conference and Events Center to improve the service we provide for conferences and meetings. The USU Games Center held three Association of College Unions International-qualifying College Beat Productions, USU’s TV station that offers students hands-on experience in production, was considered by Fox News as a winner for its Fox News Challenge for college students. The segment was an in-depth piece on rising gas costs and alternative-fuel options. College Beat hosted a fun-filled, red carpet screening of its work completed in the fall and spring semesters.
