Will it fit my stairs?
Straight, curved, narrow and tricky staircases – we have
a range of rails available for most homes and can talk
you through all your options.
How much will it cost?
We have a variety of options to rent or buy both new or
reconditioned models, to suit different budgets. Our
sales professionals will discuss the options with you
during your free home survey.
How soon can it be fitted?
We can offer a next day installation service in some
cases. Otherwise 3-7 working days for a straight and a
little longer for a curved stairlift.
Is installation messy?
Stannah engineers install quickly, expertly and with
minimum fuss. They will fit your stairlift securely to the
stairs and use their own vacuum to ensure your home is
left exactly as it was found.
What about aftercare?
We’re there should you ever need us, 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year, with a network of locally based
engineers.

and Trading Standards Code of Conduct approval.
Also check if the provider has any awards and
accreditations to their name.
