Nick Balenger, a 17 year old honor roll student and standout pitcher from
Lake Braddock High School, was paralyzed this past July when he suffered a
spinal cord injury while vacationing with his family. In the six months since his
accident, Nick and his family have displayed incredible grace and courage in the
face of unimaginable adversity. Drawing on the tenacity, intensity and dedication
that served him so well as an athlete, Nick has been battling pain and working
to the point of exhaustion day in and day out so that he can make as complete
a recovery as possible. Join us as we champion Nick and his efforts by auctioning

3. If my proxy bid is the highest made at the Nick Balenger Dinner/Auction on January 13, 2013, I will win the
bidding and agree to pay the winning bid amount.
4. I understand that I will receive an email confirmation of my winning bid to the email address submitted, no
later than Wednesday, January 16, 3013 so that arrangements can be made for the payment and delivery of
the item.
5. I understand that in the event that two proxy bids tie for the same item, the proxy bidder who submitted their

item, the physical attendee will win the item.
