Model trucks supplied under this program are limited edition collectible models intended for adult
use only. Models are not intended for use by children under 14.
Proof of purchase in the form of a distributor invoice for at least one
ECCO product must be submitted with the claim form. Invoice date
must be within 30 days of the postmark. Each claim form must have a unique
invoice and may not be reused. Brochure panels must be attached to the claim form and mailed to
the address of the ECCO location closest to you. ECCO accepts no responsibility for postal service
delays or non-delivery of claim forms. Claim forms are only considered valid once received at an ECCO
location.
Affiliates of ECCO are not eligible for The Model Truck Program. This
includes but is not limited to ECCO employees and family members, ECCO sales representatives and
family members, distributors and other direct customers of ECCO, their employees and family members.
The Model Truck Program is provided to individuals only and is limited to one (1) complete set (six(6))
of trucks per individual. Corporations, associations, including school organizations, charities or other
groups may not participate. Participants must be aged 18 or over.
ECCO will ship items claimed under this program by the most cost effective method at its sole
discretion. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Model trucks are subject to availability. ECCO reserves
the right to substitute model trucks for an item of equal value. Promotion expires December 31, 2020.
Participant is responsible for any applicable taxes on any item obtained through the Model Truck
Program.
Participant agrees to release and hold harmless, Electronic Controls Co (ECCO) and any parent or
subsidiary company, their respective affiliates, and the directors, employees, officers, and agents,
successors and assigns of each, from any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, costs, expenses or
damage of any kind arising from, resulting from or in connection with participation in the Model Truck
Program including, but not limited to, the redemption, use, misuse, inability to use, defect, acceptance,
receipt and possession of any item.
The Model Truck Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited
by law. The Model Truck Program is operated by Electronic Controls Co. 833 W. Diamond Street, Boise,
Idaho 83716 USA. Participation in the Model Truck Program constitutes your agreement to be bound
by these terms, and representation that you meet the eligibility requirements set out herein. Those
who do not comply with these terms may be prohibited from participating.
ECCO reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the eligibility of any participant who uses, or, in the
case of suspension, is suspected of using, the Model Truck Program in a manner inconsistent with these
terms or any international, federal or state laws, statutes or ordinances. In addition to suspension or
discontinuance of eligibility, ECCO shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal
action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion. Any attempt by any
participant to undermine the legitimate operation of the program may be a violation of criminal and
civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, ECCO reserves the right to seek damages from any
such person. These terms shall not constitute a waiver of that, or any other, provision.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Model Truck Program, the availability of items, or
a participant’s compliance with these terms will be resolved by ECCO in its sole discretion.
