eZPrint overview
The Tapematic eZPrint system is designed and engineered based
on a modular concept, allowing the possibility to implement,
without writing a single line of software code.
Select the image to be printed and the system will be ready to
print the image in less than a second based on your machine’s
layout and configuration.
You can decide to print in single pass or multi-pass, just selecting
image and option. You can easily and quickly integrate the
KM1024 print heads in any kind of printing machinery.
A full multi-threaded software application can speed up the operations using a multi-core personal computer. It can also communicate to the server via a simple TCP/IP socket communication. So
you can quickly interface your own HMI software.
The Tapematic eZPrint system is provided with professional RIP
software that can handle all image formats. It accepts standard
ICC profiles, applies linearization strategies and calculates the
printing area displacement of the substrates.
The Tapematic eZPrint system is designed around a PC-board
that integrates an extremely fast on board processor with Unix OS
that handles a fast gigabit Ethernet connection.
Each board can handle up to six KM1024 print heads running at
full speed and can be easily expanded by adding multiple boards.
The Tapematic eZPrint system can be configured with up to
512Mb of RAM on board, or it will allow streaming from printing
server in order to print all image sizes and variable data.
