Situated on the shores of Pumicestone Passage, Ramada Resort Golden Beach is a relaxing place to enjoy the
beaches and fun family attractions the Sunshine Coast is famed for. Explore the exciting surrounds, or simply stay
put and make the most of the excellent resort facilities at Ramada Golden Beach during your stay.
Peacefully lounge by the pool, dine in the onsite restaurant or enjoy a refreshing drink in the bar. The kids will love
the children’s playground, while the adults can enjoy a game of tennis or cook up a feast on the resort barbecues.
Facilities include a restaurant and bar overlooking the marina, two swimming pools, gym and flexible and modern
conference venues.

Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm AEST, and Saturday and Sunday from 8.30am to
4.30pm AEST.
Check-in Information
Check-in time is from 4.00pm at Reception. Check-out time is 12.00pm. Reception
is open seven days a week between the following hours: 6.30am to 8.00pm Sunday
to Thursday, 6.30am to 10.00pm Friday to Saturday. If arriving after hours, please
call the resort to arrange key pick up. Please note Reception hours are subject to
change due to public holidays and seasonal variances.

Special Information
On arrival, guests will be asked for a credit card imprint to cover incidental expenses
during their stay. Where a credit card is not available, a $100 cash bond will be
required. Any balance unused will be refunded/credited on departure.
Resort Amenities
Ramada Golden Beach boasts numerous facilities designed to make your stay as
enjoyable as possible, including a barbecue area, children’s playground, games
room, gym, heated pool and spa, tennis court and onsite restaurant and bar.
To Get You Started For your added convenience, you will find a starter supply of coffee, tea, sugar, milk,
dish detergent and laundry detergent in your room on arrival.
Weather
Golden Beach boasts a mild climate all year round, with an average of seven hours
of sunshine a day. Summer is generally hot with average temperatures between
17 and 28 degrees Celsius. Autumn brings a pleasant change with temperatures
between 13 and 25 degrees Celsius. Winter sees a minor drop in temperature with
an average high of 23 degrees Celsius until spring brings temperatures back up to
an average of 25 degrees Celsius again.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted at any Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific or WorldMark
South Pacific Club by Wyndham property except in the case of hearing, mobility or
vision-impaired guests.
Car Park
Ramada Golden Beach offers limited secure underground parking.
Getting Around
Whilst there are taxis and public bus services available on the Sunshine Coast, it
is recommended you hire a car to thoroughly enjoy the area. For competitive car

Things to See and Do on the Sunshine Coast
Golden Beach is a relaxing place to enjoy the beaches and variety of family attractions on the Sunshine Coast.
Australia Zoo is just a 25-minute drive from Ramada Golden Beach and Underwater World, one of Australia’s largest
aquariums, is in nearby Mooloolaba. There are several shopping precincts on the Sunshine Coast, including Noosa,
and a trip into the hinterland will allow you to explore charming towns and beautiful nature walks with awe-inspiring
views.
Local Attractions
Australia Zoo
Home of the late famed crocodile hunter, Steve Irwin, Australia Zoo is undoubtedly
the Sunshine Coast’s most popular family attraction. Over 1,200 animals currently
reside in the zoo’s huge grounds, including elephants, cheetahs, crocodiles, tigers,
giraffes, kangaroos and koalas.
Aussie World
Located at the site of the iconic Ettamogah Pub (now known as The Pub), Aussie
World is a theme park that promises to entertain the whole family. Enjoy simulators,
slides, roller coasters, water rides and more, before heading over to The Pub for a
good old fashioned Aussie meal.
Underwater World
Come face to face with the creatures of the deep at this educational and
entertaining marine park. Swim with the seals, or if you are feeling adventurous,
book in for the Shark Dive Xtreme experience to go scuba diving with over 30
species of sharks, stingrays and fish!
Maleny Cheese Factory
Set in the lush, rolling hills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Maleny Cheese Factory
is a foodie’s dream come true. Taste the range of handmade cow and buffalo milk
cheeses, and purchase your favourite to enjoy back at your apartment with a glass
of wine as the sun goes down.
Glass House Mountains
Renowned for its stunning natural beauty, the Glass House Mountains offer plenty of
picnic spots and bushwalking trails for those of you looking to get closer to nature.
Rock climbers and abseilers will enjoy the rocky outcrops, a remnant of the area’s
volcanic past.
Directions to Ramada Golden Beach
From Sunshine Coast Airport: Follow David Low Way and then take the David Low Way ramp to Pacific Paradise.
Veer left onto Sunshine Motorway and continue on Nicklin Way, Mooloolaba. At the roundabout take the first
exit onto Caloundra Road. Continue along Bowman Road and then turn right into Park Place. Continue along
Landsborough Parade until you reach the Esplanade.
From Brisbane Airport: Drive along Airport Drive for approximately three kilometres and then take the first exit
onto the Gateway Motorway north (Sunshine Coast). Drive for 18 kilometres to the Gympie Arterial road, which links
the Gateway to the Bruce Highway, taking the Sunshine Coast turn off. Upon joining the Bruce Highway, follow the
highway for approximately 60 kilometres before taking the Caloundra exit. Follow Caloundra Road for 17 kilometres
until you reach the Caloundra/Nicklin Way roundabout. Take the second exit to Golden Beach on Park Place. Park
Place becomes Landsborough Parade – follow this road for approximately 2.5 kilometres. You will come to a second
roundabout, turn left here into Jellicoe Street. The resort is approximately 100 metres down the street on the right
hand side.
