The Tölzer Spa house was built in 1914 according to
plans drawn up by the trend-setting architect of historicism, Gabriel von Seidl, and lies in the middle of a generously laid out spa park at the western end of the
Ludwig promenade.
The spa house possesses the most up to date catering with delightful atmosphere: elegant interior design,
open chimney, romantic garden restaurant. Ideal for seminars is the large spa hall with seating for 400 persons on the ground floor and seating for 100 persons
in the gallery as well as two prestigious conference
rooms.

Besides CONFERENCES and SEMINARS, the spa
house is also ideal for stylish evening events.

You can reach the Tölzer mountain at 1’203 m a.s.l.
with the double chair lift or on foot (approx. 1.5 hrs). In
total there is seating for 660 persons (of which 210 indoors) spread out over a number of rooms (ballroom
120, cosy Stüber`l 55, traditional Jägerstub`n 33). On the
terrace there’s space for a further 450 persons. Tents
can be erected.
Celebrate in rustic guest rooms with the names
“Horse stable”, “Barn”, “Watering hole” and “Brew house” which provides for a total of 270 people. !
