may be special challenges following treatment. Our professional
Navigators are here to advise and connect survivors and caregivers to
the right local resources to address their unique needs.

Nurse Navigators help patients coordinate their care during
treatment and Resource Navigators assist survivors and caregivers
so that they may enjoy a better quality of life. Navigators are
available as a free service to cancer survivors regardless
of where they receive their treatment. .
