collection
Leading the way: This is really what the new
LÖFFLER collection is. The cut with a shorter front
is so optimized that it perfectly supports the
dynamic bent forward position of the upper body
on the race bike.
Textured elements in front, back and sleeves,
made from the particularly aerodynamic material

WINDSHELLBike-underwear
No sweet without sweat. And no sweat without
sports. But when the body is damp, head wind
and, above all, airstream are very unpleasant.
The new functional underwear from LÖFFLER is
designed to keep the body dry particularly at
the onset and also at intensive activity without
inhibiting perspiration and thus temperature
adjustment.
Windshell underwear is effective like a breast
plate but incomparably light and airy in
protecting the body from cooling off due to
airstream. This feels good and provides for a
perfect body climate and, above all, it keeps you

No wonder that hotBOND from LÖFFLER is most
sought after: The jerseys and pants of this
collection are neither sewn nor glued – they
are welded at certain points with an ultrasound
technology developed by LÖFFLER.
This results in extremely flat and particularly
stretchable “seams”. They are not visable or
restricting and are simply not noticeable. More
precisely: You feel that you feel nothing at all.
hotBOND fits on the body like a second skin and
joins in every movement you make. Materials
which are breathable and stretchable in each
direction with excellent durability, from perfect
processing, are further advantages of this

hotBOND does not need a single
thread. The production machines
which were specifically constructed

The saddle is the most sensitive contact point between biker and bike. Many factors play an important
role for a good seat on the bike: the right saddle, the right posture, and the right bike pants with
the right padding. All this should be aligned with the individual anatomy of every biker. For decades,

This seat pad was developed for race saddles and guarantees comfortable
sitting on very long tours. With state-of-the-art manufacturing technology,
the various materials are pressed to one single, anatomically designed seat
pad. Two different seat pad sizes for small (up to size 48) and larger (size 50
upwards) sizes enable optimized fit. The compact core zone is reinforced with
a dense, shock-absorbing gel-foam-mix (12mm). The entirely perforated
surface provides for pleasant ventilation and low weight. Altogether an
athletic seat pad, ideal for long distances and
frequent riders.
Sitzpolster Comfort el astic
This is a thin padding (6 mm foam material) which is mainly used for bike
shorts and some bike underpants. Like the other pads, it possesses all good
basic features of the parent materials. It is suitable for shorter to medium
distances or calmer driving and mostly in combination with comfort saddles.

Here Löffler sets new bench marks. It is a technically mature seat pad at the
highest stage. The new strong padding (12 mm) on all neuralgic points provides
for highest seat comfort. It adapts well to most saddle forms, is anatomically
formed, features soft and not noticeable “edges” and is made of one piece. The
new foam material is particularly dense and durably compact. The padding is
elastic and very smooth. Good ventilation prevents heat accumulation which is
a big advantage at high temperatures.

GORE-TEX® Ac tive
Particularly light climate material consisting of a new PES
yarn with larger fi ber surface for best moisture transport.
Thanks to the special knitting technique these models
remain highly elastic and particularly form stable. ACTIVE
LIGHT models excel through their particularly pleasant and
uncomplicated wearing features and can be worn in
combination with functional shirts or jackets.
The new generation of the 3-layer membrane technology
by Gore. Noticeably higher breathability and thus ideal for
endurance sports (running, biking, cross-country skiing,
ski touring…)

COMFORT-STRETCH
Highly elastic, breathable microfi ber with moisture
removing qualities allows for unlimited freedom of
movement and optimal microclimate. Water-repellent and
dirt-repellent. Very light and airy. Used for bike pants,
Nordic Walking pants, and trekking pants.
COMFORT-STRETCH light
This extremely light and yet robust Comfort-Stretch
material with 4-way stretch guarantees optimal fit and
thus highest freedom of movement. Excellent moisture
transport and high breathability result in pleasant wearing
comfort. It is water and dirt-repellent and used for outdoor
jackets and pants.
ELASTIC
The special Elasthane fiber used by Löffler is a technical
fiber with excellent two-way stretch achieving maximum
freedom of movement and perfect fit. It is durable in function and long-lasting. It is used mostly in bike and running
pants.
R a ce-Light
A new material, especially designed for the highperformance bike sport consisting of two diff erent PES
yarns which feature a very high wicking eff ect for moisture
transport to the outside due to Löffl er’s own knitting
technique. The outside of the material consists of the hightech Coolmax-Tetralobal yarn which allows for a
considerably faster evaporation due to the much higher
fiber surface. Next to this important feature of the material,
high elasticity is gained due to the multi-dimensional
knitting. This leads to perfect fi t of every jersey.
R a ce me sh
Race Mesh was developed for the highly athletic bike
sports. It is extremely light and very breathable. It delivers
with excellent moisture transport and dries fast. Due to
the honeycomb construction, Race Mesh does not make
full contact with the skin and thus traps air resulting in
excellent insulation. Race Mesh is used for highly athletic
bike jerseys.
ELASTIC-sensor
This special Elastane-fiber is a technical fi ber with
excellent and durable two-way stretch. This leads to
maximum freedom of movement and perfect fi t. Durable
in its function and longlasting. Used mainly for biking and
running pants.

This new material innovation for athletic functional clothing
was developed in cooperation with LENZING TEXTIL. The
combination of functional and stable Polyester yarns with
the TENCEL® fibers which are made from natural sources
results in best moisture management and highest wearing
comfort. Due to the knitting technology and the
construction, this material offers all advantages of a light
functional shirt with high wearing comfort. Best moisture
transport, high elasticity, easy care, and pleasant wearing
comfort are in the focus. In addition to this, TENCEL® fibers
have a cooling effect and are odorless. This is the perfect
material in order to combine the wearing comfort of a
natural product with the functionality of a synthetic fiber.
Supreme climate fiber technology in 3 versions for different
temperatures and activities:

This new, sustainably produced fiber generation TENCEL®
(basis: renewable raw material wood) is combined with
a special polyester yarn from Löffler’s own production.
The result is a material with ideal moisture and climate
management perfectly suitable for outdoor jackets.

Light +
Single-layer highly functional climate fiber with extra-light

Light airplus knitting technology!
Single-layer highly functional climate fiber made of 100%
polypropylene. Removes sweat away from the skin and
keeps it permanently dry. Increased elasticity for optimal
fit and maximum freedom of movement. Soft yarns for a
pleasant wearing comfort. For normal to higher
temperatures and moderate to intensive activities. Also
available in trendy comfortable seamless quality.
Seamless
Like a second skin, Seamless underwear offers perfect
wearing comfort. Due to the ingenious construction based
on the two-layer Transtex principle in combination with
a soft and smooth fiber composition with TENCEL this
underwear provides a pleasant feeling of dryness on the
skin at steady temperatures. The seamless finishing
excludes pressure marks and guarantees high freedom of
movement.
W indshell
This super-light polyester material is windproof and
protects the damp body against head wind and, above all,
airstream. Windshell is both water-repellent and breath
able. This provides for a perfect body climate. It is perfect
for the use in bike sports.
