Right operator arm and its
replacement procedure are
shown throughout this guide.

Unlock and open both sash to where operator arms are lined up with the arrow on sash tracks.

Depress operator arms down to release from sash tracks.

Crank Handle
Rotate operator arm away from sash.

Loosen set screws on crank handles. Save for reuse.

Remove crank handles and covers. Save for reuse.
Remove screws from top of sill cover and save for reuse.

Remove sill cover by sliding up and back.
Remove screws and operator from frame. Save screws for reuse. Properly
dispose of operator.

Align new operator over screw holes on frame and fasten reusing screws.

Reapply sill cover and fasten with saved screws.

Reapply set screw on crank handle

Align operator arm with arrow on sash track. Insert operator arm into
sash track.
Rotate operator arm toward sash.

Close and lock sash.
