Lynn Weishaar
Auctioneer
Jake Clark
Pedigree Man
Lynn comes to us from Reva,
SD. Lynn is one of the most
respected equine and cattle
auctioneers in America. We are
very happy to have Lynn for this
year’s Mule Days.
Jake strives to increase the awareness
of the qualities of the saddle mule.
The saddle mule is growing in
popularity as the animal for trail
riding and outfitting and has
better numbers and better qualities
depicting the saddle mule industry.
A Special “Thanks” to this year’s Ring men:
Paul Greimsman ▪ Alan Ennisd • Mike Stockton ▪ Todd Stevie
Scott Dirk ▪ Seth Weishaar
Phone: Tony Triplett
Each year we brag that we have the best selection of saddle
mules & each year we believe we hit the mark by bringing you
better minded, better trained & gentler mules from which to
choose.
PRIVATE SALES: Absolutely no private sales in the yards before or
With the current economy, we never know what this year will
bring for prices of the mules, but what we’ve seen in the mule
auction industry is that the better animals hold their value and
still bring good prices. This is specifically true about what the
mules bring at our Mule Days. These mules continue to be well
represented and continue to bring what the best mules in the
country are worth. We work to bring tother the best consignors
with the best mules so you can buy with confidence.
Auction Terms & Conditions
after the auction. Management feels this is unfair to the buyers who are in
the bleachers. All mules brought to the sale or sold during Mule days must
be consigned and go through our auction ring.
MULE COMMISSION:
There will be a cataloging fee of $125/
head for all catalogued consignments. This fee will be nonrefundable after
March 1st and will include one stall. A 7% commission will be charged on
all sale mules. There will be a $100 no-sale charge on mules in addition to
the catalogue fee. Animals that are rejected by the buyer because they are
misrepresented in the ring will be charged 7%, same as if sold. There will be
no substitutions of catalogued mules. Jake Clark will check these animals and
will make the final determination whether there was misrepresentation. All
mules will be charged a $10.50 brand inspection fee by state law.
Please come early, make sure you inspect the mules, and take
home a good one.

Addy has been trail ridden many-a-mile in the Ozarks.
She has been ridden in parades, used in play days and
has a great handle on her. She rides in the bridle with
one hand. We’ve roped on her, ponied colts - you
name it, she’s done it. This is one classy mule!
Bronson
Disposition: 4
2006 3*
Bronson has a lot of heart - with great looks for a big
mule. He’s athletic like a small mule. We have used
him for hunting and he has been started on cattle. He
is a great trail mule. This mule is capable of working
anywhere for anything you want.

like Ninja, spent all last season working summer pack
trips and fall hunting trips being ridden and packed
extensively. A very gentle mule with a nice handle.
Good about his ears and feet and great to catch. Best
for intermediate riders and up.
Cracker Jack
Disposition: 4
New
CJ is a good traveling mule that gets down the trail.
He has as good a back as you will find on a mule; great
withers so you don’t really need a crupper. I have pasture doctored calves, yearlings, and some large cows
on him. Will work a rope well and keep it tight until
the work’s done. Good with clippers, easy to shoe,
hauls well.
Applesauce

Applesauce is a good starter mule for kids. Lead the
Appy Pony Mule small kids and let the big ones ride off into the sunset.

the registered jack, Hall’s Oklahoma Winchester. He is
a half brother to our Peaches mule. He was started in

I have used this mule extensively in the Selway Bitterroot
Mtns. for the last 2 years. Lots of creeks & bridges to cross.
He has packed anything you would want to pack on him,
including elk & deer. He is a great lead mule in the string
or great on the whip. You can ride him away from the herd
with no problem. He is broke to hobble or picket. I have
shot off him, pole bended and barrel raced. He is the 1st
one to run up to you to be caught. Good to shoe, trim, and
load. He is one of the best mules I have ever owned.

Ashley is out of a Missouri Foxtrotter mare & will boogy down the trail.
She’s very smooth & swift-gaited when you ask her. She also doesn’t mind
sifoggin along in the back of the string. I’ve used her in the stockyard this
winter. She opens/shuts gates w/ease. I rode her hunting a lot last Fall.
She has some cow savy & will pull from the horn. A good, gentle mule
for intermediate rider.

If you are in the pasture, Spike will be right there with you.
He’s a curious boy with a nice personality. Good with combines, skidloaders, clippers, feet, ears, hobbles, will ride off
by himself and has as nice a wither as God allows a mule
to wear. Purchased at age 2, we have hog and coon hunted,
ridden in town and had a lot of fun. So why sell him? I
prefer size M and he’s a 2XL.
