Dear Parents,
We invite your child to experience a week like no other. What
makes a week at Wildwood so special? We Love Kids! You’ll
notice it the moment you arrive. We’re built from the ground
up for kids to experience an unforgettable life changing
week. Our fun and caring staff are very enthusiastic to share
a week with your child. A week sparked with “Special
Memories” to last a lifetime.
Camp Wildwood is a youth oriented, adventure driven, nonprofit Christian camp ideally located 35 minutes northeast of
Moncton on the Little Bouctouche River. As active members of
both Christian Camping International Canada, and the New
Brunswick Camping Association, we strive to maintain
standards of the highest quality. Camp Wildwood is an
accredited camp in the NBCA.

Camp Wildwoods’ Mini camps are especially designed for
campers who want to experience all the fun that camp has to
offer, but over a shorter period of time. If you’re a first time
camper or you’ve been to Wildwood before, you’ll find these
camps packed full of energy and non-stop fun. This is sure to
be an exciting adventure and a great way to begin your
camping career.

Creative arts If you are looking for a way to explore
Katalyst This camp builds on a great tradition of
skills development. Activities may include more time
mountain biking, rock climbing, wilderness survival,
team building initiatives, canoeing, kayaking and may
include an overnight campout then this is the camp for you.
You’ll also get to enjoy some of the other great activities
camp has to offer. (Limited Enrollment)

Canoe & Kayak We guarantee you’ll have a
wet & wild week at the waterfront. Leave with new skills
in, on and out of the water. You’ll also get to enjoy the fun

basketball Improve your fundamentals such as
shooting, dribbling, footwork, passing and more. All in the
great atmosphere of Wildwood. Enjoy some of the activities
that Wildwood has to offer while sharpening your

Come join us for a week like no other. It is almost the end of
the summer so close out summer with us, this will be a
truly awesome fun week, with so many wonderful activities.

The Edge will turn an ordinary summer into an
unforgettable experience! This week will be packed full
of excitement! Get ready for lots of laughter, awesome
music, real friendships, honest conversations, inspirational
speakers and incredible food. A perfect way to kickstart
your summer! You won’t want to miss this amazing week!

Camp drop off for The Edge is Sunday at 6:00 pm
and pick up is Thursday at 12:00 pm.
Ignite It’s a giant outdoor summer party where the
days are packed full of punch. Enjoy massive competitions
where your team will struggle for the ultimate prize!!
Choose the activities you want to do plus enjoy great
friends, fabulous food, awesome music. and relevant Bible
teaching. You’ll wish it could last forever!

Camp Schedule 2015
Staff Leadership Orientation
This will provide essential preparation to become a leader
after God’s own heart. Refine your vision and prepare to
serve God as a leader this summer. This dynamic training
time will help shape the core of our summer staff team as
together
we seek to lay the foundations for effective ministry. We
will discuss your role as a leader at Wildwood this summer.
These times will help you work together with other leaders
as a team and make you aware of the vision and guiding
principles of Camp Wildwood. This training is compulsory
for all staff.

All Staff | June 20 | Drop off 7 pm
Serve is Camp Wildwood’s Junior Leadership Program
which focuses on service, leadership, solid biblical teaching
and skill development in the camp setting. Form lifelong
friendships, learn valuable ministry skills and stretch
your spiritual life. This week allows young teens to spend
more time at camp learning what it means to be a part of a
team. This program is especially suited for the young person
interested in pursuing CW leadership in the future. Develop
skills in leadership that will be valuable for the rest of your
life and what better place to get this training than Camp
Wildwood, summers most exciting place!

$100.00 registration fee.

campers are expected to attend the full camp session. There are no refunds for
campers who are sent home by the camp, depart early due to homesickness,

Our camp strives to be an environment where campers can live up to their full potential. For this reason the Director/
Designate reserves the right to dismiss, without refund, any camper whose behavior is deemed unsuitable and detrimental
to the best interests of camp for misconduct and/or disciplinary reasons. Acts resulting in dismissal would include bullying,
the use of tobacco, alcohol, the use of illegal non-prescription drugs, or any conduct considered unacceptable by the Director/
Designate. Camp Wildwood discourages registration by any camper who cannot conform to these policies.
Camp Wildwood is a church sponsored Christian Camp that promotes Christian values and lifestyle. We want to encourage cooperative behavior and respect toward leaders and fellow campers.
I hereby promise to support and cooperate with camp leaders and agree to obey the camp rules and to participate in the
camp program.

Waiver and enrollment conditions
I understand that there are a number of inherent risks involved in summer camp activities. I, my spouse, and child
to assume those risks and we each release and hold Camp Wildwood, their officers, directors, employees, and

agents harmless from, and waive any claim against the camp as to any injury that may occur to my child while attending Camp Wildwood.
The parents/guardians submitting this registration are those having legal custody over the child. Conditions of custody, if applicable, will be fully communicated in writing to camp, including a photocopy of the section of any court
order referring to visitation rights.
We agree to permit the reasonable use of photos and videos or other pictures of applicant camper in promoting the
camp or camp activities or programs.

Your child may receive first aid and over the counter medications for any colds, headaches, fevers, upset stomach, sore throat,
or allergy related symptoms he/she may experience. If further treatment is required for an accident or illness, a doctor will
be consulted.
If, in the opinion of a properly licensed and practicing physician, my child needs medical or surgical services which require
authorization or consent before being supplied, we hereby authorize, appoint, and empower Camp Wildwood, to act as agent
to furnish oral or written authorization as may be so required, and release Camp Wildwood from any liability which might
arise from such authorization; it being my/our desire that my/our child be treated as soon as possible after the need arises. I
understand that no medical treatment can be performed on my/our child without the required Camp medical form being on
file. In the event of an emergency, I will be notified. If I cannot be reached, however, I hereby give permission to the Camp Director to hospitalize, secure treatment for, and to order injection, anesthesia, or surgery for my/our child as named above.

• The total cost for all youth programs covers
routine health care, parties, special trips, all
activities and instruction.
• It is understood that a $100.00 deposit (registration
fee) will accompany each registration.
• The registration fee is non-refundable.
• Registrations will not be accepted without said fee.
(This deposit is a portion of the total fee for a week at
camp.)
