The stable and torsionfree housing is made of sheet steel with a lacquer finish in RAL 5002. The service door is fitted with clip fasteners. The housing has smooth internal surfaces. The bottom part is designed as an oil- and waterproof collection pan. Multi-stage high-performance system. Aerosols and liquid particles are mechanically separated by the patented X-CYCLONE© basic element type RXZ. The finest aerosols are agglomerated via additional filter stages using high-performance agglomerators to ensure that even smallest droplets are separated. All basic elements and agglomerators can be cleaned and reused, no throwaway filters! The flame-arresting capability has been tested successfully by the German TÜV in compliance with the directives of the American Underwriters Laboratories®. The UC Compact series is optionally available with automatic REVEX® spray unit! Option: AGG06 honeycomb agglomerator consisting of a combination of aluminium oxide and plastic foam. Particularly suitable for fine unpolluted oil vapours and steam. Accessory extraction arm, type Extraction Kit I Extraction arm made of stainless steel and aluminium, available with a diameter of 200 mm and 300 mm. Extraction Kit I consists of a carriage for the extraction unit including the arm and the extraction hood. The arm length is variable between 1 m and 3 m; the extraction hood has a size of 500 x 500 mm. The complete unit is mobile and adjustable via a star grip screw.
