CENTERPLATE CATERING welcomes you and your guests to the
Ballpark at Harbor Yard, home of the Bridgeport Bluefish.
Our goal is to Create Something Special to make sure every game
is a memorable one – not just on the field, but in your suite as well.
We’ve customized an extensive menu just for the Ballpark at Harbor
Yard with original recipe appetizers, tempting hot entrées and
indulgent desserts. Your meals will be accompanied by top name
soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits.
Centerplate also specializes in special requests. So please don’t
hesitate to contact us about anything you need to maximize your

To ensure the best quality, presentation and service, we ask that all orders
(including special requests) be received by 2:00 pm, two (2) business days
prior to each event. Orders may be faxed to 203.345.2415 or e-mail orders
to [email protected].
Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellations. Orders canceled
at least two (2) business days prior to the event will not be charged.
EVENT DAY ORDERING
Event day services begin one (1) hour prior to the event. During the event,
additional food and beverage orders may be placed with your suite attendant. Please note that event day orders are meant to supplement your
advance orders.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Centerplate will make every effort to fulfill special requests including dietary
requirements, special occasion cakes and customized menus. Please call
Centerplate Catering at 203.345.2412 for more details. Please notify
Centerplate of your request five (5) business days prior to the event.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE DELIVERY
Your cold menu selections will be delivered to your suite prior to your arrival
unless alternative arrangements have been made. Hot items will be delivered
closer to event time to ensure the highest quality. If you desire a specific
delivery time, please contact Centerplate Catering at 203.345.2412.

and Catering Manager at 203.345.2412.
PAYMENT POLICY
The suite holder will receive an invoice detailing all pre-orders and final food
and beverage replenishment charges prior to the conclusion of the event. An
18% service charge and 6% Connecticut state sales tax will be included. If
your organization is tax exempt, please fax a copy of your tax ID number to
203.345.2415 prior to event date.
A credit card number is required to process all orders. We accept
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

BE A TEAM PLAYER -DRINK RESPONSIBLY
To maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the State of
Connecticut, we ask that you adhere to the following:
· It is the responsibility of the suite holder or their representative to monitor
and control alcoholic consumption within the suite.
· Minors (those under the age of 21), by law, are not permitted to
consume alcoholic beverages.
· It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone that appears to be
intoxicated.
· Suite attendants and bartenders are available to monitor and serve
alcohol within your suite at your request for an additional fee.
SUITE STAFFING
Centerplate staffs the Suite Level with suite attendants managed by the
Suite Manager. It is their responsibility to ensure that your food and beverage
pre-orders are delivered and to assist you on event day with food and
beverage items.
Private suite attendants, greeters and bartenders are available to assist with the
greeting of your guests, bartending and personalized attention to the needs of
you and your guests. Please notify Centerplate of your request five (5) business
days prior to the event. A fee of $150 will be applied for each attendant,
greeter or bartender requested (based on 3-hour service).
