During the event, additional food and beverage orders may be placed with your suite attendant. Please note that event day orders are meant to supplement your advance orders. SPECIAL REQUESTS Centerplate will make every effort to fulfill special requests including dietary requirements, special occasion cakes and customized menus. FOOD AND BEVERAGE DELIVERY Your cold menu selections will be delivered to your suite prior to your arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made. PAYMENT POLICY The suite holder will receive an invoice detailing all pre-orders and final food and beverage replenishment charges prior to the conclusion of the event. An 18% service charge and 6% Connecticut state sales tax will be included. If your organization is tax exempt, please fax a copy of your tax ID number to 203.345.2415 prior to event date. A credit card number is required to process all orders. SUITE STAFFING Centerplate staffs the Suite Level with suite attendants managed by the Suite Manager. It is their responsibility to ensure that your food and beverage pre-orders are delivered and to assist you on event day with food and beverage items. Private suite attendants, greeters and bartenders are available to assist with the greeting of your guests, bartending and personalized attention to the needs of you and your guests. Please notify Centerplate of your request five (5) business days prior to the event.
