About us
MAYKOR is a national-scale company in the Russian service and outsourcing market with a special
focus on the comprehensive servicing of IT equipment, facility systems, and business applications.
Its own Russian nationwide chain includes 83 branches and 400 service subdivisions enabling
MAYKOR to offer one-stop-shop services. Our personnel includes more than 4000 certified
engineers.
MAYKOR has served more than 1200 clients including geographically distributed federal and regional
companies, public enterprises, and small and medium businesses. MAYKOR has established
a proprietary competence center, specialized enhanced training programs for technical staff,
a well-developed infrastructure, an automated service quality monitoring and control system, and
an ISO-compliant quality management system.
Currently, MAYKOR runs an aggressive M&A policy acquiring top federal outsourcing companies
and major regional players on the service and IT outsourcing market. MAYKOR’s M&A strategy
is aimed at accelerating the development of the service network, acquiring new competencies
and human resources in all regions of the country. It is planned to acquire a number of Russian
service and IT players by the end of 2013. Our company’s extensive capabilities, exceptional reliability
and competence have also been recognized by the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), which
in August of 2013 together with EBRD and CapMan Russia II invested into MAYKOR as the leading
player on the IT outsourcing and service market.

Sergey Sulgin, President of MAYKOR
Sergey graduated M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1995.
His IT-related career started with Platinum Russia where he worked
his way up from Lead Consultant to Director of Platinum SQL
Department from 1995 till 1997. 1997 – Sergey joined Baan Russia
as Localization and Development Director. 1999 – Business
Development Director at GMCS, where he was appointed
a President in 2003. 2006–March 2012 – Chairman of the Board
of Directors at the Compulink group of companies. Since April 2012,
Sergey Sulgin is President of MAYKOR.
Irina Semenova, MAYKOR Marketing Vice-President
Irina graduated summa cum laude from Saint-Petersburg State University,
then passed MBA program at Russian Presidential Academy of National
Economy and Public Administration. Irina published numerous papers
on marketing and management.
2004–2006 – Head of Marketing Department at GMCS, an IT consulting
company. 2006–2011 – Vice-President for Marketing and Information
Policy at Compulink group of companies. In 2011 Irina joined MAYKOR
as Marketing Vice-President. Irina is responsible for marketing
strategy development and overall management of marketing activities
at MAYKOR company.

Vadim Grishin, Director for Investor Relations
Vadim graduated from Saint Petersburg University of Economic and
Finance in 1993. In 1994 – 1995 worked at in FX department of Baltunexim
bank (the Unexim Group) in the capacity of client manager. 1996 – 1997
worked as a customer dealer in FX department of MDM Bank. In 19971998 he held a position of Commercial Director at Soyuzcontract Invest
(Surgut branch). In1998-2003 served as a Head of FX department in
Russian Regional bank. From 2003 to 2008 worked as a Head of Treasury
(Member of management board) in Petersburg Social Commercial Bank. In
the period of 2008-2012 Mr. Grishin worked as a Head of Credit department
in Geotek Holding. Since March 2012 he holds a position of Director of
Investor Relations in MAYKOR company.
