The problem is that in our culture we often confuse what we really need with what we simply want. Many people need very little. However, we usually want so much more. A good steward only asks God for what he needs. Journeys 2013 – Divorce Recovery Ministry at St. Paul of the Cross Parish St. Paul of the Cross Parish in Park Ridge sponsors a program called Journeys, a divorce recovery support group that meets monthly. The goal of this ministry is to help those who have been through a divorce so that they can cope, heal, move on and grow closer to God. Meetings include prayer, education and discussion. Men and women, who were formerly Journeys’ participants, help facilitate the meetings and are also available for support. Each meeting focuses on a different aspect of the divorce healing process. Confidentiality is strictly stressed. The Journeys’ meetings are “open”. You do not need to register or commit to attendance. Come to the meetings that are of interest to you. Meetings are held the second Monday of every month from 7:00 – 8:45 in the Kinane Center of St. Paul of the Cross located at 320 S. Washington St. in Park Ridge. For more information, contact Deacon Bob Bulger at [email protected] or 847-825-7605. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host —by the Divine Power of God—cast into hell, Satan and all the evil spirits, who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen. Święty Michale Archaniele! Wspomagaj nas w walce, a przeciw niegodziwości i zasadzkom złego ducha bądź naszą obroną. Oby go Bóg pogromić raczył, pokornie o to prosimy, a Ty, Wodzu niebieskich zastępów, szatana i inne złe duchy, które na zgubę dusz ludzkich po tym świecie krążą, mocą Bożą strąć do piekła.
